Hello community,
my Deezer famaily account has be hacked - all my familiy profiles have been deleted (twice).
I have changed my password but since then I cannot re-create new profile for my family members - when I fill the form and click create I get an error message “An error has occured - Try later” but it has been seevral dayx and still the same error…
I have sent a message to the support but I got an automatic reply on how to create a profile… not helping…

If you was followed upper directions and if this doesn't work you will need contact Deezer support again , because we are open forum and don’t have access to your account .
