subscription payment increased without notification

Hi all of a sudden my premium payment has tripled without any notification as to what is going on. 

Please contact me asap, I did not agree to pay such large amount

I would rather you refund me and cancel.

I've been a premium member for many years and this is unacceptable for me to increase payment so much without even asking
