Hi, I'm Nathan from Tanzania and i've been into streaming services for long now. In Africa, Premium streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify offer their services usually around $2.99 per month. However, deezer charges an insane $10.99 and doesn't include a free plan no more. Nobody here would subscribe to such a high priced music app because they're more options to this that are even cheaper.... Like all around Africa. So imo deezer should lower their prices and should charge money by local currencies, which would be tzs 6,900 or lower. Otherwise very few ppl in this continent will subscribe to u ‼️
I have payed to be able to have the premium but I’m still getting all the ads as if I don’t have it! Then go to change my subscription but it won’t let me as it says I am already subscribed up to it! What do I do to rectify this?
I keep getting a message that someone else is listening and do I want to upgrade to family.......I already have it!!!! Nobody else is listening when this happens so what can I do??? When I shuffle my favourite songs I am also getting some music I definitely don't listen to.
Hi, I want to add my mom to my Deezer family but the Deezer doesn’t allow her to join the account as we are in different countries.
I received an email stating that I could choose a plan for 3 months free. I wanted to try the family plan, but when I went to pay for it/add a card it refused giving me try our FAQ section. Then I went to the app to see if I could get to work from the app, but it was only trying to give me one month free. For obvious reasons I didn't put any payment info. I checked the card in question, it does foreign transactions and has money on it, and is also valid. It still hasn't worked.

When I want to activate my subscription which I have with my mobile provider Yettel it shows popup message with welcome message and that's it. No subscription is activated and there is nothing going on.

A typical Friday for me usually includes listening through the new works of my favorite artists in the notifications.What bothers me persistently on the Deezer website (-/'App') in the operation: If a notification comes in (title removed from the playlist, song no longer suggest, etc.) I also always get a confirmation message. However, this always lands directly above the bell via which I want to call up the other notifications. In case of ‘system notifications’ there’s not even an X to put it away, I have to wait the ~3s. Even the button to hide the playback view is no longer accessible in the event of a notification. Could you please, please pull the notifications down 30-50px?

Using Deezer Hifi because of my Highend equipment I was very amazed when I was streaming some albums from the 2L label, mostly classical and choir. Normally it's the usual 44.1khz but suddenly... 352.8 khz! And also MQA !! . Switching back and wordward to other albums( checking the system wasn't cunfused) every 2L album gave the same highend results. Dear Deezer, what's going on??? Thank Jakob
