I switched to the deezer free account awhile ago now but noticed I am still being billed every month 👎🏼 Happen to anyone else?
I was paying for my Deezer subscription via the local phone network provider Telekomsel here in IndonesiaHas this option been removed now?
So I wanted to like Deezer, but I can’t get myself to like the experience, here’s why. Hopefully this can be used to address these issues and improve the app. I state these not factually, but rather from my own perspective:First and foremost, the process of getting to my music is not good at all. It first opens up to songs I hate and are in no way related to any of my tastes. I accidentally added one to a playlist of mine also, and I was beginning to loathe the artist because this annoying song would always start to play (seemingly randomly until I realized somehow it was in my playlist). The app (either desktop or mobile) doesn’t seem to remember a few settings I end up having to turn on most times I open it (shuffle, for instance). Curating playlists requires one too many clicks (no drag & drop?). Likewise, getting to the music I want also requires more clicks than it should. Have to open playlists, then find the one I want to listen to, whereas there could be a collapsable lis
What is going on with Deezer? Lately it's been nothing but issues. Today I'm getting this error on both of my devices. Both of which have internet connection. But offline doesn't work either. Nothing will play. I'm the owner of a family account that's been working fine and nothing has changed. I even used Deezer fine 2 hours ago. But now it's just doing this. The other person on my family plan isn't having this issue. For how much Deezer charges, it's unacceptable that this even happens.
As in the topic - Is it possible to see on which playlist is the current played song?Or at least whether I have it saved on any playlist in my account?
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying out deezer before in like 2018. Unfortunately at that time I’ve came across the problem with casting to chromecast from my laptop… I decided to try deezer again and surprise surprise, the problem does still exist... How in gods name is that even possible? it’s been like 4 years now?! Are you, or are you not working on integrating the cast function into the desktop app? It’s a simple yes or no question. And no. I’m not a fan of the idea of using deezer webplayer…
Hello,In analyzing Deezer app network traffic, I've just noticed that as soon as I try to connect to my account, the app sends informations to Facebook (to an.facebook.com:443 and graph. facebook.com still through 443 port).Could you explain to me why and what kind of data is sent?Thanks in advance
Hello, I am trying to access my downloaded playlists, albums and songs in the favourites tab and it says it is not available with a padlock showing the background. I pay the monthly amount so not sure what is going on here if anyone can help? Thanks,Alex
It looks like I can’t see more of my listening history than the last 40 songs. Something must go wrong, formerly I could see much more than 40. Where did the rest of my listening history go? Is there a way to recover it? Thanks

Whether you want to read for yourself or sing with your friends readability is pretty bad on the mobile app. You need to stick a phone on your face the read properly the small text floating from bottom to top. Also, changing the background color on the selected line is too much to digest for the eyes. There should be a subtle way for such a transition between the lines. I think it's not so much the point to create a big contrast as people follow the text anyway while listening to the music. It's more about reaching that text without too much effort for the eyes. Here is one example:I was driving a car and I put some music on the Apple Music app on my phone attached to the dashboard next to me. My friends on the back seat were able to read the lyrics without issue so they sing loudly all the way to our destination. On the way back I put my playlist on Deezer with lyrics and people started complaining about the font size so I needed to switch back to Apple Music where lyrics are carefull
Beste, Vorige week verdachte handlingen ontdekt in mij account. Eerst kon ik zien dat er ingelegd was via een ander toestel en niet door mezelf. Plots Ben ik ook geen premium meer, maar free en kan mijn wachtwoord niet meer veranderen... Deze geeft steeds een fout melding... Ik betaal elke maand mijn deezer, dus dit kan het probleem al niet zijn... Zouden jullie dit even kunnen nagaan aub? Want mijn abonnement is wel betaald. Alvast bedankt en hopelijk spoedig antwoord! For some reason i can no longer see any of my Downloaded Playlists. I can still play them, but can't see what i Downloaded.
I'm trying to connect my mobile deezer, but the server answer that it's not possible to connect cause network problems.First time this problem. Perhaps the passage to new automatic setting subscription to € 10.99 from €9.99?Thank you
