Deezer doesn't show me Hi-Fi sound option with my premium plan.

Hello everyone. I just bought the premium plan on deezer which is supposed to include Hi-Fi sound, but in settings deezer only shows three options: basic, standard and HQ. Hifi is not there.
I have already contacted support but they do not offer me a solution, how can I solve the problem?

    It may depend on your location, the new Premium tier including HiFi streaming is not rolled out to all countries yet, as far as I know.

      As ​​​@bluezzbastardzz said, it depends of your country if it’s already with our new plan Premium + HiFi included or if your country still without it. 😕
