lost family account

Hi

my family account is not working. Apparently I'm paying for tow subscriptions for same account 

my credit card was lost so my subscription wasn't renew on time. 
later i did however the renewed was on the premium but not on my family 

i want to renew my family and stop premium 

what should I do?
