upgrade to family plan

I just upgraded to family plan today, but i can not see the change in my app.

Hi @Aporben65 there must be a problem with the upgrade via Apple.
Please contact our Deezer Support Team as soon as possible, and provide a copy of the payment, and one of our agents will be able to check your account and help with your request.

Thank you for your response, I already chat with them and there not a solution. I have to request a refund and end the subscription with apple, wait 48 hr and then try to subscribe as a new user
