Hi everyone, I think it might be super usefull if in the free version you could pause the advert so you can go and something else without waiting until the next song plays to pause it. Hope this is a good idea.
I won't let me pay my subscription with a new card
When I type in a song and click on it all of a sudden I don’t get a random shuffle playlist with it. It just stays with that one song.
Hi there, I initially opened an accpunt when i had an iPhone. I have switched off from iphone to Amdroid, its been about 1.5 years but my payment was being processed through apple account. I have asked if there is any way to change it. Since i dont wat to lose my history and create a new account. I sent an email to deezer support and I have been told it is impossible. So i paid from it. After somw time i have changed my credit card and as i dont use apply anymore my payment got declined. Since i have been told. That it is not possible to changemy account i uodated my details in apple ad payment got processed. But my account has not been updated. Now it is asking me to pay via android and it doesnt recognize my payment through apple. Could you please help to resolve this issue?

I just noticed i have been paying Deezer two times in a month since 2018 not sure if this happened when i upgraded my phone Anyone any suggestions how to check if i have two accounts or why this is happening Thanks Mark
I cant activate my account
I just changed my subscription on 06avandervalk@iss.sc but I haven’t finished the last subscription but have alredy been charged for the new one my Deezer app still shows the old subscription
I just got Deezer today because suddenly Spotify stopped working on my phone. I'm currently using the free version and I understand that I won't get to choose specific songs to listen to. However, whenever I try to shuffle my favorite tracks or playlists, random songs that aren't on them play. It's super frustrating. How do I stop this?
With Grand theft auto 6 being in development. I think it would be an extraordinary way to get market share by being the exclusive music service for their in-game radio. A lot of people don't know about you. That would definitely change.

In the last months I tried all the main music streaming services, and this is an option that I only saw in Qobuz. In the information of a song and in the profile of an album in any part of the app, you see the name of the artist, name of song, album and duration. But in Qobuz, you also see the record label, and you can click on it to see other albums from other artist from that record label. When you like a ver specific genre of music and there are dedicated record labels for it, this option can be useful. I have seen some record labels with their own profile on Deezer and making their playlists, so this could be a step forward in that direction.
Have the quick option to add on the queue a song or album with one button or just sliding right or left.
Where is the equalizer on the windows desktop app?

I just reactivated my subscribtion and the payment went through but I kept getting the same error from the server, after re-installing the app this error is gone but it still says I have free subscription. How long I need to wait until this is fixed?

In the past 3 days, Deezer is randomly adding songs to my favorite list that I've never listened to and I don't know why is that happening. Please fix it.
