I cannot select HIFI (HIGH FIDELITY) and I am on Family plan.

Hello,

I have activated Family premium plan through my telco provider. When i try to set audio quality to HIGH FIDELITY it does not let me. I have used high fidelity on my 1 month free trial account without any problems. 

 

Here are two screenshots from Iphone 12 PRO MAX and Windows powered HP Elitebook.

I just checked your offer and it does not include Hifi quality, sorry :(

Thank you for your anwser. But that doesn’t seem to be the reason. I have contacted also my telco provider and they ensure me all Deezer users have enabled Hi-Fi, they even communicate it in their webpage with tutorial how to enable it. My telco provider is A1 Slovenija, from Slovenia as you could probably see from my account. Here is link to a tutorial for Hi-Fi: My telco provider and Deezer

At the bottom there is even a tutorial how to enable Hi-Fi sound quality.

As Yula mentioned, you offer does not include HiFi (at least that’s what is showing up in our system).
I’d recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to look further into your account in order to help and hopefully sort it for you.
