deezer anual from 64€ to 98€

I started an annual plan of deezer premium last year for 64€. It tried to renew for 98€! This was without any email. It just tried to charge me more. Why’s that??

Hey @Angelos Papazachariou,

In the conditions for the annual subscription you will find this note:

“At the end of the 12-month period, you will be charged 98,90 €/year, unless you opt-out.”

You obviously overlooked this when booking...

No I saw that. I’m asking because last year, when this renewed, it charged me 62,91€. Up till 2 months ago (when I last checked) it was still saying that the next renew will be 62,91€.

OK. Now the support should take a look:

It doesn’t matter. I just cancelled and hopped over to Spotify.

And again a completely pointless thread, with no result.

Have fun with Spotify.

Check out the Netflix series “The Playlist”, it details how corrupt the founder of Spotify is, Daniel Ek.

Why doesn't it matter to you? What I wanted to point out is that smaller musicians on Spotify can't even live off the revenue.

I do agree with that and it’s extremely sad but right now my economic situation can’t afford any other music streaming platform. Spotify has the most appealing pricing in my country and so (for now) I’m using it.

I should have marked my comment as sarcasm.
