Hello @ivan.sheskin,
From which device are you having this issue?
Can you send us a screenshot of this error message you are seeing, please?
Thanks for the screenshot @ivan.sheskin
Could you please try the following steps one by one and test if it works after each step?
- Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
- Try another network (4G or Wifi)
- Restart your phone
- Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
- Un-install the app and re-install the app
Please let us know if that works.
Hello, thank for your response, I tried almost everything except changing network. But my suggestion was about countdown and not about, how to solve this problem on my phone.
I think it is a good suggestion but it is way beyond my scope .
I’ll pass the feedback to our devs, and also if you could suggest it as an idea on https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas would be helpful, so others users can vote as well. Then, if we get enough votes, we can push for that idea with our product team.
Thanks
Thank you but I open this topic as suggestion. Ok I will do it again.
I used to have this problem constantly, then a couple of years ago the issue went away. Now, it's back for me again the last few days on version 7.0.20.65 Android. I'll try the suggestions above as well, but I'm pretty sure this is a bug - selecting Retry or next track when using a Bluetooth device with controls gets everything working again. This really doesn't make sense - instead of popping up the dialog and stopping playback, why not just go to the next track since that always works? Seems like the retry logic has regressed or something, this happens about every other song, sometimes more frequent. Thank you!
