Well, I made the jump and left spotify and now I think my family wants to follow. Problem is, I don’t have the option to change to a family plan when I go to the manage subscription menu in the browser. It just says I’m premium and there’s nothing to be changed.

Did you possibly book your premium subscription within the app? (Apple or Google)
If so, you cannot upgrade to Family directly on deezer.com, but only within the app.
But don't do it. Because it is always more expensive via the app than directly at deezer.com - Google/Apple charge fees that are added to the subscription price.
If your subscription runs through Google/Apple, please cancel this. Then wait for the remaining time. As soon as the time is up, you can book a regular family subscription at deezer.com.
