Deezer application works great in Ukraine on all devices (Windows, phone, Android TV.)But if I try to ask the Google home assistant to play music on my TV, it says that the Deezer service is not available in my country.Also, I cannot connect Deezer service to Google Home without VPN, for the same reason.Please, could you inform your Google partners that your service has been available in Ukraine for a long time, so that users do not experience such difficulties.
Hello, someone else is using my account, but I do not have any linked device to my account and I did not give anyone my acc password.Alse I have changed my deezer and google password and I still have sam problem.

Hello, I would like to get Premium but the only options I can select are 3 month trial plans but I already had that. I canceled briefly but now i want to return to Deezer premium. However on subscribing, I can't select a monthly subscription and IDEAL does not work with my bank either and I don't have a credit card or google pay or paypal? I had a premium before and it worked fine with my bank. I can't figure out what is wrong.

Can someone explain to me again, why a company such as deezer is so stupid and interferes when opensource components are built to user their service. Especially now, not long after libspotify was discontinued, you should really not only leave opensource developers alone, you should encourage them or even put your own developers on it. If there are a working plugin for home assistant and openhab, you would have a massive potential userbase - but someone making strategic decisions at deezer seems not to understand that at all
Hey volks, it would be very nice to see which songs i all „disliked“ or have hidden in my flow. For example they could be under the Favorites playlist and named as „Hidden songs“. Me and many people would like that i made some interviews with my friends which also use deezer and they mostly mentioned that :) Best Regards Peter / Noah

Hello - I see the issue had been previously raised. Is there an option to create passwords for each profile (deezer family)? Setting up Kids profile or a profile w/o explicit content is pointless as a child can easily change profiles/ change type of the profile / enable explicit content and get access to absolutely anything. here how it happens: when you block explicit content for your child, yet a child will still be exposed to it: one can search it, explicit songs appear in the flow, albums, etc. If there is no bug, the songs would not play in that account. BUT there will be a notification advising to change the setting to be enable to play a song. So since there is no password, a child will follow the instructions (thanks!). Another way around it is to go into another account and search for that song. A kid under 12, can access the main account and change profile from kids to normal. So there is zero parental control. What is the point?

I am using Google Assistant in Android Nougat (7.1.1). My main language is Portuguese, alright, but neither in Portuguese nor in English Google Assistant opens Deezer when I tell it "play music". Doesn't Deezer associates itself with "music playing" in Android inner settings

Hi, I am unable to Chrome Cast from Deezer in the UWP app on Desktop, but I can Chrome Cast from a Web Browser on the same Desktop? The Icon on desktop does not appear. Why don’t we have the same features in the dedicated app? This seems a little pointless to have an app when I need to use the browser for features. Seen on Deezer 9.13.0 for IOS. I search for “Timba”. I obtain: “Results for “Timber”. Try with “Timba”. I tap the Timba keyword and it shows me results for Timba, as expected. Then, when I tap “Playlist/View all”, I obtains results that are related to “Timber” (while I still want results for “Timba”).

So excited you finally have released this, but I have recommendations to make it competitive with other services versions. When choosing track mix, the user generally wants to hear the song they used to generate the mix. It would be good practice to test this feature with that in mind for premium or hifi subscribers. Track mix is used primarily for music discovery. The idea of track mix is to hear more of what the user likes but hasn’t heard. From my short time with the feature, it very frequently will play 3-4 songs from the artist which seeded the mix. Causing the user to skip tracks that could have been avoided by not playing the seeded artist for ~3-4 tracks into the mix. This could greatly be improved with a global feature of having a slider where one side is “artist only” and the other “discovery”. The middle would act as a mix between the two. I would like to listen to the highest resolution possible when I’m connected to WiFi. And when I download a song, and listen to it when I’m connected to WiFi it plays in the downloaded resolution. So could there be a way that I can download songs in low quality, and when I have a WiFi connection it can play the same song in HiFi.
I can’t add a song to my queue. In fact, the only two options I’m left with are either playing one singular song or listen to a random mix composed by Deezer. Like, seriously, what the heck? Why would you remove such a basic and widely used feature? I’m considering moving to Spotify.
The lyrics on Illest Motherfucker Alive are out of sync because the song has a 3 min silence section at the start. The 3 min silence section is artistically significant this masterpiece of an album. If you are thinking the fix might be to remove this section of silence please do not and instead correct lyric sync by adding an appropriate offset. Thank you.
