did any Latvian user have a spike in pricing unannounced to 10,99 a month in January? Or is it just me? Did you get any notice? Or did they just change the price all alone and charged my credit card because they felt like it?

Hi @odzodz

We sent an email to you explaining why that happening on the last 15-11-2022.

The music industry is going through intense transformation, and the market looks very different now than it did even a month ago.

As a challenger, Deezer needs to adjust quickly to make sure that we can continue to compete with global giants. That鈥檚 why we have taken the decision to make HiFi (FLAC quality) part of all our subscriptions. It means we had to change the price point to reflect the value we provide, as well as the standards in the country. 馃攰

Let me know if you have any other questions.
