One Hit Wonder

Bonjour,

J ai souscris à un abonnement gratuit il y a 4 mois, il y a quelques jours j'ai voulu me désabonner pour cumuler un autre essaie gratuit de la Fnac mais impossible de me désabonner. 

Le 1 et février je vois sur mon compte bancaire un prélèvement de 17e99!

Je suis très mécontente !!!! Impossible de joindre quelqu'un j'ai fais un mail sur deezer et on me répond en anglais sans réponse à mon problème.

Que faire?
