Hi @Lucelia.Mascarenhas,

It is possible to link your Deezer account to your Scrobble Last FM account from a computer/laptop using this link:

https://www.deezer.com/account/share

You should see the Scrobble as the option on the right.

Hi,

I can’t connect my deezer account to last.fm. I allow the acces, but It doesn’t work.

Anyone have the same problem?

i have the same issue! omg. Were you able to fix yours?

Hi there @athenatria

Thanks for reaching out. This hasn't been fixed yet. But have you tried scrobbling via Deezer in your browser with the Last.fm extension?

Hello. I dont use my browser for listening to music. I have an android dap and that’s where i listen.

There are several Android apps that can scrobble from Deezer without their broken internal scrobbling, e.g. Pano Scrobbler or Scroball, also the new version of the Last.fm Android app should be able to do this.

Wow! May I ask why you do not listen on your computer?

You do not have a computer?

I had computer free life back in the days in 2016, because my computer of that time was almost half a year in repair… and I was tired to use phone all the time. Simply it was too much. With Chromebook laptop I can blog, which was almost impossible with my phone, even if it is good one tech piece.

On my Samsung phone I use Last.fm scrobbler.

i am using fiio m9. an android dap. its not an android phone. so those apps wont work.

What about iOS devices???

iOS users have the same problem as desktop users now, the internal Deezer scrobbling is broken for users with new cookies, so they cannot authenticate properly with Last.fm anymore. Furthermore there is no other external scrobbling app on iOS which could scrobble to Last.fm. The available iOS scrobblers can only use Apple Music or local music files on the iOS device. A few iOS apps with internal scrobbling for other streaming sites should also work, e.g. for Tidal. Spotify scrobbling on iOS also works with the Last.fm feature for Spotify Scrobbling in your connected Last.fm apps settings.

My guess is that internal Deezer scrobbling on your portable player will not work even if connecting to Last.fm is fixed again. Or did it work before this new bug?

Association with last.fm is broken

agreed. Been waiting for more than a month now. Using tidal till they fix this issue.

Hi @athenatria @Tom63

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Yes, I'll update the topic once they've got it sorted. At the moment I'm monitoring this and adding users' details to the bug report so that we can get more resources for it :thumbsup_tone2:

It works.

On Android I use Last.fm Scrobbler and on my Chromebook I use Web Scrobbler.

These all works, everything gets posted on my Last.fm account.

Use alternative scrobblers until Deezer fixes it.

When worked their scrobbling didn’t work: not including the version of remix.

The Things You Hated is different from The Things You Hated (Da Tweekaz Remix).

Deezer Scrobbler posts only Track Name in most cases.

I’m using a DAP so I can’t just use alternative scrobblers. What I need is the built in scrobbler of Deezer. Just because it works for you doesn’t mean we should use your method as well. Because we are aware that those methods work. But it’s not applicable to use.

Thank you.

We'll pass on the feedback to the teams working on this @athenatria

Thank you for your patience :thumbsup_tone2:

Just checking in on this as well. Any update?
