Scrobble Last.fm from Deezer not working

We're also waiting for an update (community team) - there are lots of discussion internally at Deezer at the moment. Please bear with us a while longer :pray_tone2:

You're right @athenatria but we dedicated resources to improve this integration, we've had problems with it for quite some time. Hang in there, I'm working on a presentation with stats from the community to add some relevance to the discussion internally :v_tone2:

Not yet @athenatria but I'm also pledging for more resources internally as we speak. Let's see if this is possible as I'm asking for more support on this integration as a whole :fingers_crossed_tone2:

@RudiStill unable to connect lastfm account. This is seriously preventing me from using your service. Can’t you make some temporary fix and then improve it later?

 

Twitter connection is also broken so it’s not just lastfm

I totally with you. @Joinemm. If this don’t get fixed soon. I will unsubscribe already. I’ve been waiting for more than two months. 

 

Yup. Twitter is also broken for me.

 

Hope this get fixed soon, hopefully this week. It’s been too long @Rudi.

I don’t know why it’s so hard for you guys to fix the redirect page after auth. Do you want me to fix it for you? It’s crazy how long it takes you to fix a simple thing. It’s almost three months now. I’ve already paid for three subs, still no fix. @Rudi

So instead of apologizing, why dont you just make up for it by getting it fixed already? you seriously need more than 2 months just to get it done? i have renewed my sub for deezer hifi twice already, still no fix. if on the third month and still no fix, im cancelling my sub.

I’m trying to connect my LastFM account - I have followed the instructions above and clicked ‘yes’ to allow access. 

But when I go back to the account settings page, the link isn’t shown (the LastFM logo is still grayed out). 


Any ideas?

it’s broken bro. and i have been nagging them nonstop for a fix for about 3 months now. hopeless case. if you care about lastfm scrobbles, might as well just use some other provider coz deezer aint working. @OneFineDay

Me too! Like two days ago. I didn't renew anymore. 3 months wait it too much. It's sad that we had to unsubscribe just because they couldn't fix a small issue. @wfws

Hi to all,

I had this problem since July or August, Deezer used to be my favourite music streaming service, I installed it to all of my devices since many years now, but I’m not using it anymore since months now, it’s such a shame cause I can’t scrobble some of my fav artists, since they’re not available on more ‘commercial music’ services. 

I jump here (and on LastFM forum...) to see the evolution of this problem every now and again, it seems very weird we’re in November and the problem it’s still not solved… Many users are unhappy 

Just my 2 cents.
