Flow - Exclude language

All of a sudden Flow started injecting German music. I live in the Netherlands and although I am alright with our eastern neighbours I don’t like their language.
Is there a way to exclude specific languages in flow? Or should I just don't-recommend-this-artist for every german speaking artist that pops up? My country is set to NL in my account.
