creating a list of deezer URL streaming links from a local mp3 files folder.

Hi All. Im New to Deezer. 

I have a local folder of Mp3 files (1000s) and i wonder if i can create (automatically ish) a list of deezer URL streaming links (and eventually a full online deezer  playlist) from it. All mp3 files have full standard ID tags. 

Is it possible? (Cant be arsed searching and addind to playlist the 2000+ tracks)…
