My Deezer account is being used by someone else

Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

I’ve been using Deezer for years with very little problems, today I’ve had a reoccuring notification pop up “Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page”

My account is only linked to my PC and phone.

I’ve changed my password but it’s still happening.

 

Is there a way I can track or check which device / or IP address is using my account?

I have killed session in all devices where the account could be opened and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password. Then login again.

Instead of resetting sessions for all users, all over the internet… deliver our best wishes to your Dev team… and rush them to create 2FA that was requested over 2 years ago…

This what you do today… is just a waste of everyone’ time.
Fix the god damn problem!

I can’t play my music , 

The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used.
A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials.

I’ve been noticing lots of new music appearing in my favourites which I’ve never heard of and that I didn’t put there. My music has also stopped when I’ve been playing it as it said that someone else is listening.

 

I know that I can change my password but how can I sign out from all devices before doing so?

I have the same problem

I have seen that there is a way to fix this, unlink your Google account and restart your password but this fix didn't work for me every few seconds I get this notification and the app is basically unusable

Mine too... Its super annoying, and time consuming having to try delete all these extra tracks

Can in the future any extra members be verified by me as admin on my account? When I looked earlier there were two random people in my account micah and something else, 

I keep seing this message:

Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page.

 

I removed all devices (down to 0 devices) re-logged into my account from my iPhone and MacBook Pro but still get the same message.

 

I’m paying £17.99 for a family account but I’m told that I cannot play anything. Ennoying.

I don’t think you can do that at the moment but is a good idea to suggest in “request a feature”.
What you can do is to follow the steps in the following article in the community:

There is some bug on my account.

My music stop playing every few seconds with note that my account is active on another device at the same time.

I always click continue, witch should stop streaming music from other device, but it is not working and in 10 sec it stops again.

 

I tried to check all my pc + I have changed my password.

 

Still it is not working.

 

can you please check what is going on?

No one else is active on my account.  I just reset my password and same problem is occuring.  Please help.  Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that. I've already unlinked the possible connected devices to your account. Also I've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please delete the app, download it again and reset your password before connecting and everything should be OK,

why is still like that? I can’t listen !! I’m customer from now 15years and it’s the first time like that! 
it’s not possible,

Every time i try to use deezer it say someone else use it. I change pasword and again it hapens after 30 sec. What is the problem? I cant use it and i dont think anyone can crack my password after 30 sec
