Sorry you feel that way. I've had a look at your account and carried out some maintenance. Please follow the password reset email I sent you and change your password once more. Please avoid logging in via Facebook - for added security. And let me know how it goes :wink:

On this device whenever I listen to music it stops after a few seconds and says listening mode on another device but there is no other device listening, what can I do to help? Thanks

Hello @Dana84 we are sorry to hear this is happening. Please change your Deezer password immediately.

I would advise you to carry out the following steps in order to protect all your online accounts, not only Deezer:

  • Regularly scan your systems for malicious software
  • Avoid using the same password email combination for all online services
  • Change your password regularly and make sure it is a strong password combination

Same thing has been happening to me for days now. I've only got one device linked to my account. I've tried resetting my password, reinstalling app etc but still getting it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've already unlinked the possible connected devices to your account. Also I've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please delete the app, download it again and reset your password before connecting and everything should be OK.

Please make sure also that if you are using Deezer on a PC, it’s not playing music at the same time on another device.

Hi my Deezer account says my account is currently in listening mode on another device and it says my only linked device is my phone. My music cuts off after playing for a short period. What can I do to fix it?
Hi! For a week now my deezer account says my deezer account is opened on another divice.
But that's not possible. I've tried to reinstall The app, but that didnt fix my problem. I changed my password and that didn't fix my problem either..

Im getting kind of ennoyed, im paying for a service that dont work.. Please help me or im gonna change over to Spotify.. 😞

Deezer Simultaneous Bug = Unusable

Without any warning flow stops, completely random album I had never heard queues up and starts playing. Another issue which starts to occur is random interuptions followed by a notification that another device is using deezer which is a false statement as only my android phone is connected at that moment. 

@Rudi any updates on the issue?

Using deezer.com on google chrome. Being told that I listen to music from another account. Have family membership, so should be ok. But music keeps on stopping. Could someone from deezer look into this?

Please change your password and log in with email directly, not with your Google account. And don't forget to reinstall the app before trying to log in again. Hi @umitch we are sorry to hear this is happening. I just unlinked all connected devices from your Deezer account and sent you a password renewal link to your email address. Please click on the link in the email and enter a new password.

  • Use your email address as a login only
  • change other passwords (facebook and google)

I can’t listen to my musics, a boring popup tells me, several times, that my account its being used in another device, but its not!!!

 

Can anyone help me? I have unninstalled the app, change my facebook password. Is there any other tip?
