On this device whenever I listen to music it stops after a few seconds and says listening mode on another device but there is no other device listening, what can I do to help? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that. I've already unlinked the possible connected devices to your account. Also I've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please delete the app, download it again and reset your password before connecting and everything should be OK.
Please make sure also that if you are using Deezer on a PC, it’s not playing music at the same time on another device.

Without any warning flow stops, completely random album I had never heard queues up and starts playing. Another issue which starts to occur is random interuptions followed by a notification that another device is using deezer which is a false statement as only my android phone is connected at that moment.
Using deezer.com on google chrome. Being told that I listen to music from another account. Have family membership, so should be ok. But music keeps on stopping. Could someone from deezer look into this?

I can’t listen to my musics, a boring popup tells me, several times, that my account its being used in another device, but its not!!!
