Hi @Jul Zam I'd contact support here with as much information as you can give them 🙂 they should be able to assist.
I can’t listening my music on Deezer anymore, because every time a following message is displayed: “Your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device”. But there’s only one device connected, that is my Phone, as shown on app .
My account is premium, So I’d like a support from Deezer team to solve this issue.
I have try on differents phones but it doesn't work, I have changed my password many times and also I have log out.

Please Help me!!

Hey @Alvagor ! Thanks for getting in touch 🙂 I have unlinked all devices from your account, please check this topic for further info 🙂
Even though I have only one page open, and no active device, I can not listen to music on my Deezer Premium, because I always get a notice that says: “Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page. Your account is strictly personal and cannot be used in multiple locations at the same time. Click below to resume play and pause all other devices.” Please help me solve this. Thank you.

Hey @galloric

I've replied to you in another topic. Please have a look 😉
Hi, I've been getting these annoying messages that my account is been used on another device or page, I've closed all devices and pages already, and unlinked all devices, but still get the message which stops the music I'm listening to.

This is happening on my Android device as well as my PC. Please help me correct this, I'm getting to the point to consider not using Deezer anymore, this is too annoying!.

Hi @manoelabrienza

That's odd. Before we move forward with this, could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card
Hi Rudy,

Thanks for doing that!
I've changed my password today, in the morning, but in the afternoon it happened again! Same message (print attached), and again history of albums that weren't me... :(

Hi there @manoelabrienza

Sorry to hear that. I've unlinked your connected devices, Facebook login, and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and login directly with your email address, not Facebook. It should work but if it doesn't, let me know 😉
Recently, I've been getting a warning that I can't use deezer in 2 devices (which I'm not) and i've noticed some playlist that wasn't me who listened to.
I've tried to change my password but it says it cant be changed. Help! ASAP!

Hi @Jessicahindriks sorry about that. Can you try to reinstall the app?
Hey, it’s still happening. There are strange songs put in the favourites list.. i removed the device (weisses iphone) but after that the favourites list keeps getting updated. It’s really frustrating that someone is using my account while i’m paying for it and can’t listen myself

Hi there @Jessicahindriks

Sorry to hear about that. I've checked your account on our side and did the following: unlinked all devices and Google login and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password to a strong one and login again, using your email and not Google. Let me know if it helps 😉
Hello, everytime i’m on deezer it says that someone is using my account at the time, but i’m the only one listening to it. I’ve tried linking my parents phone’s cause there are only 3 devices allowed. But it’s still happening. Someone is using my account listening to german music and putting them in my favourites .. please help me.. otherwise i need to stop listening to deezer..

Hi @Kellianna this usually means that someone else is using your account at the same time. Please try to unlink all devices in your account and then reset your password and see if this is still happening.

I'm having this issue as well and I'm already a paid Premium subscriber!!

I'm about to cancel my subscription and move back over to Spotify if it continues.

Can you please fix this?!

Hey @Martin Jensen

I can see here that you're on a Family subscription. It's true, you can't listen to music in more than one device per profile at the same time. Please ensure that you're logged under different Family profiles if you're listening to music at the same time.

For more info, please see here 😉

they will be able to look into this for you.
I keep getting this notification that I cant listen on 2 devices at once. But im not. So My conclusion is that someone has hacked My account.. I have changed My password, but I does not help.
What can i do about this?
