Sorry that's happened. In order to help you I've carried out some maintenance on your account and sent a password reset email.

Please change your password and log in directly with email and password, not with Google. Let me know how it goes :thumbsup_tone2:

I keep getting a message that my account is in listening mode in another device.

Only its not

i dont have any other devices registered and when i try to reset my password it wont let me!!!

I’ve attached some screenshots of when i try to do that.

Please follow the password reset email I've sent you and reinstall the app to the latest version after changing the password. Then login as normal and let me know if it's ok ;)

Sorry you've had this experience. I've sent a password reset email after some maintenance. So please change your password once more and try to login after reinstalling the app to the latest version ;)

Furthermore, seems like a bot in control as the queued list always changes to the same songs when I get the pop-up.

my Deezer is telling my i have too many devices on my account, but tells me there is a error when i want to look at what decices are on

Someone keeps playing music on my deezer account, I've unlinked all listed devices and apps and changed the password a few times but it is still happening can someone help me! Thanks

and you’re 100% sure nobody is using your account via the web etc. (as you can only listen to music on one device at a time)?

 

If you’re 100% - try logging out of your device, restarting it and logging back in.

 

if it still happens try changing your password as well.

Hi, I had the same problem today. Nobody and no other devices listens to music with my account. Plus reseted my password, got a new one, but still have the problem. Then I erased my deezer app, installed but yet the problem still occurs and the music stops in the middle of the song. It's annoying and as I see there is a dead end while saving the day.. Please help! 

I have the same problem. Checked logged on devices (only my phone is logged in), changed the password: didn't work. Can someone help me? I also reinstalled the app, didn't work either..

Same problem here and I sign up using my Google account so I can't even change my password because I don't have a Deezer Password! I deleted the app reinstalled it signed out and in several times and I just can't listen to music on the app anymore...

Please let me know a working solution, otherwise I was thinking about Spotify for sometime anyway so this could be an opportunity for me switch...

Hi @mebrother

you normally only get this message if music is being played on another device (I've noticed that some devices don't show on your "connected devices" list e.g. my tv which has the Deezer app).

Try changing your password as this will require any devices you want to use to log in again.

I'm having this issue as well and I'm already a paid Premium subscriber!!

I'm about to cancel my subscription and move back over to Spotify if it continues.

Can you please fix this?!
