I wouldn't use FB or Google to log in, and you might want to change the email address you use in the account :thumbsup_tone2:

Sorry that's happened. Our devs have deployed a fix for this, so I've done some maintenance in your accounts and sent password reset emails. Please change your password once more and try again, without FB or Google. Let me know if the issue persists 👍🏼
This is happening to me too. I have a family subscription, and only 4 devices, yet I get the message regularly. Please can you help, it's really frustrating.

Me too sonce several months now i have family account and 9 sonos antennas and 6 devices....but they never play in parallel and still i get this issue it's extremely annoying since months now and i might change to spotify....if it still continue....u have to do something urgently...

This same error started occuring to me aswell - it’s been going on on and off for a month now.

I’ve only been using my acccount on my phone and my computer - right now I am only using the computer version, I was extra careful to close the app on my phone and the interruption still comes every few minutes. This is unbearable. After a quick research I see that this has been a persisting problem with the users of Deezer for a few years now, so it would’ve been the only appropriate thing for you to repair this bug or you’ll start losing members (I mean, I love Deezer, but what’s the point if I’ll lose my mind, clicking the resume button every 2 minutes...).

Seems like someone else has gotten access to my account maybe? I've got a bunch of songs in my recently played I've never come across, and I can't play music for more than a few seconds without it saying someone else is listening. I know for a fact that only I have access and nothing else is showing in linked devices.

Please change your password and login, directly with email. Please avoid to use Google or Facebook to login. And let me know if it helps! (even though you've tried that before @sven.siedentopf)

Last week till now start to give error

Account is being used on another device.

In settings I had only one linked device, so I msuer there is no another devioce where player is launched.

Very annoying, please fix it.

I only have one device linked to Deezer, is this a way to try to get me to sign up to Deezer Family?

Pls confirm how I can stop this pop up?

Hi @Jul Zam I'd contact support here with as much information as you can give them 🙂 they should be able to assist.
When I’m trying to listen to my music a notification pops up saying "Your account can be used on one device at a time". and stops my music.

Why is is this happening? No one else should be on my account but me and my own phone.

It didnt help me, still says someone else must be listening.. 😕

This has been happening so much recently and its really irritating, there are no other devices connected o my account, I have Deezer family so everyone has their seperate account and uses only theirs yet it is still happening, I even went on the devices section in settings and deleted all of them and then tried to listen to music again and it still came up. Someone please help!

I just unlinked all connected devices and sent you a password renewal link to your email address. Please click on the link in the email and enter a new password.

I would advise you to carry out the following steps in order to protect all your online accounts, not only Deezer:

  • Regularly scan your systems for malicious software
  • Avoid using the same password email combination for all online services
  • Change your password regularly and make sure it is a strong password combination
  • Use your email address as a login only
  • change other passwords (facebook and google)

Please let me know if you are still experiencing any further issues.

Happening to me as well. And my recent activities are showing some items that I didn’t play. Looks like someone is using my credentials.

can you please fiz this issue ASAP???
moreover, I already changed my password, logged out and logged in again, there was no additional device to unlink and still giving me an error

I am having the exact same problem which started about 7 days ago as well. I have unlinked all devices and apps. @Rudi I would appreciate if you carry out the same maintenance on my account to make it useable immediately. Thanks!

Since this morning my account is used by an other device. I checked the devices that are registerd and there are only my 2 phones in it. I chanced my password and also deleted my SONOS en chromecast in the account. Afther all of this it is still taking over by someone else. Who can help me please? 

I am buying dezzer + premium every mounth... and I send you this problem with picture... One idiot is hacking my account and listening his songs at my dezzer account. I dont know who is this person, I need help as fast it is possible... I cant chill with music, every time I play my list of songs it shows me that what is in a picture again sent... This is my email... I paid dezzer from telenor mobile network. PLS HELP ME

Hey @Rudi , 2 days ago i installed the latest update for Deezer and this message has started popping up again. This is really frustrating when driving as i cannot unlock my phone and restart a playlist the same way I can when elsewhere. I have just changed my password again but I don't believe this is compromised.
