My Deezer but there needs to be a cross fade features when playing music 

I have a premium account but as you see on the second photo right below that it’s not good activated.

In which quality do you stream during the 3 month test periode of a new account? Is HiFi onlu available when you are paying? I strean with a LAN networkcable to a Bluesound Powernote.

If you listen to classical music, it is important to list composer, performer(s) and/or ensemble. It would be great to have your search engine also take into consideration what the listener’s taste in music may be. It’s frustrating to enter  a composer’s name and get a pop song at the top of the list in search results. Classical and Jazz listeners in particular need to have liner notes.

My premium account doesn’t work at the moment.

I  am new to Deezer on Xbox and when I first installed and played it everything worked fine but recently if I turn it on it'll play maybe three songs or four songs and it then jumps forwards or backwards and then plays three songs and then after that it'll jump in the previous Direction so if it went forwards then it will jump forwards again and play the same three songs no matter what I do I cannot get this to stop I've uninstalled it I've signed out multiple times it doesn't matter if it's on random it doesn't matter if it's on repeat all it just does this over and over again and I don't know how to fix it. Also when playing deezer are in the car if I turn the car off it restarts the song that was playing when I turn it back on. every single time the car is turned off. it was not doing this previously so I'm not sure what has changed. Itis also playing through some songs way to fast. The bar that tracks the song and shows how long it is is not working properly. It shows the song is 3

Why won’t google home connect to Deezer anymore

I'm part of a family subscription on Deezer but I'm paying for a solo subscription that doesn't seem to belong to anyone in our family subscription 

I've been experiencing high data usage on mobile network even though the audio quality is set on basic on both wifi and mobile networks.For a 40min listening session data usage was 400mb.i tried uninstalling the app but the problem was still there.Is there a fix for this?Thanks

By using Family (you're meant to share it with your closed ones), you also give other users the possibility to have their own Flow and playlists, without interfering with yours and more devices can be registered. About your 30 day trial, when you subscribe to Family you get a disclaimer the trial would be ended. I keep getting sign in attempts on my account. You email me saying that someone (mainly in US) is attempting to log in.I had this recently where someone actually actually got into my account and kept changing the songs I was listening to.I since changes my password but still getting people trying to log in.Do you not have any security measures?I have been with you for many years but very close to moving to Spotify.What is going on with your security?

The app is not protected like in Ios 15…. The music playing stop even if you open a photo…

i have tried all the trouble shooting issues downloaded and reinstalled the app maybe 10 times already for some reason i cant log into my acc on mobile. even after i linked my facebook acc to try and log in with either my gmail or my facebook not one is working.first started with i wasnt able to save anything to my playlist and next moment i could not log back in please advise. very frustrating. thanks

Hi I have recently upgraded to Deezer Family. My daughter is a the only member with myself as Admin. We are unable to listen to music on our devices at the same time, I thought with Deezer family all members could listen to music at the same time ? Am I wrong ? Thanks 

Hi,  I was logged out off my Deezer account for some reason. Now that I have logged back in, my premium subscription is not associated to my account. I am being asked to create a new payment plan. How can I reattach my current payment plan to my existing Deezer account?  Thank you
