Hello, Im trying to use the app on my tbalet which is Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 but for sime reason the app does not play any music anymore, it wkrks fine on my Huawei P20 Pro (same account), Ive already tried to uninstall the app, clear cache and I have still the error fIl to load content. Why is that so?

Hey @MANIN STUDIO

Apologies for my reply in English - Polish isn't supported in the community yet :thumbsup_tone2:

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Let us know how it goes :relaxed:

Since yesterday is very difficult to scroll the playlist because when I scroll often the list goes back to the header part.
Also when I remove a song or when I touch the heart button the list goes back to the header part.
It happens with long and with short playlist, with online and with downloaded playlist.
I use a Samsung A71 and I have the same problem with a Huawei Mate 10.

I try to solve this by increasing the smart cache memory but it does not solve the problem.

My issue was solved:

  1. Clear Cache
  2. Clear Data
  3. Allow Storage permission by myself. App doesn’t ask it by itself in my Android 8.0.
  4. Launch & Login

P.S. Internal storage used. Didn’t try SD card yet. It died recently.

Witam zrobilem wszystko co jest opisane w waszej wiadomości  niestety nic to nie dało problem jadal występuje moim zdaniem to jest jakiś błąd aplijacji na android w telefonie

I really enjoy Deezer but one of my playlists that had 2000 tracks in it now only has 954 tracks in it now and I cleared the cache and everything but all my music is still not there!!!

Can you please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned at the top of this page. @jhkm883
That should help to fix the problem.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks :)

What, is this app really so poorly set up, that I have to, at least, once a year reinstall ALL my music!?

I did that just some time ago, because of the same problem, different artist though.

I think you are going to lose another customer, and many as I tell everyone NOT to use/pay Deezer, ‘cause it does not work properly.

@Rolf van Kollenburg, sorry about that, can you go to the audio settings of the app, change the quality settings and try again.

@Volga_Olga, can you try the troubleshooting steps shown in the diagram at the beginning of this topic? Let me know if you need more help.

Hi there, I got the free trial and everything worked well, however today the music is freezing even the downloaded tracks.

I've downloaded this app a week ago on my Pixel 5.

Hi @Hakob please check the info above in this topic and let me know if the problem persists after the suggested troubleshooting.
Thanks:nerd:

:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the tips mentioned below.

  • If you're on Android, you can clear your cache to see if it helps. For that, you need to go on settings > app > clear all
  • If you're on iOS, all you need to do is to reinstall the app

If you need further help, take a look:

Deezer keeps popping up with the failed to load message, meaning I have to press retry between most tracks (it then loads fine). This is quite frustrating. Is there a way it can retry automatically so I don't have to open my phone every time a new track starts? Thanks.

I have downloaded an album, but now it says Unable to load and I don't have option to remove it from Downloads (it is on the downloads list).

Hello @niveska, please follow carefully each step described in the diagram at the beginning of the topic (page 1). Let us know how it goes!

I log into app and try play anything. A circle spins and says just a few seconds and that's as far as I get. Please help

Hi @ColinDavid please try to reinstall following the steps suggested above in this topic. That should fix the problem.
Let me know if it works.:nerd:

Hello,

I do have an issue with the deezer app on Android (it works fine on my laptop though).
It looks like it started ny not loading the albums I wanted to listen to. So I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app.

But it s loading and ends up telling that an error has occured, and to try again.

Any idea ?
Thanks for any help !

Hi @MANIN STUDIO

Before you do that, try changing the audio quality to HQ just to test. If the tracks play fine, we need to look into getting a new version of the FLAC ones (because you have HiFi).

Thanks for the feedback and patience @jhkm883 we're working on big improvements this year, they just take time.

Hey, Goran @GOXY78

Sorry to hear that. I've moved your comment here in this thread. Could you please give us more details? Have you tried restarting your Motorola to see if it helps? Do you get an error message?
