:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the steps mentioned below.

After each step, try playing the music again. If it’s still not working, go to the next step.

 

Steps for Android

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Steps for iOS

  1. Quit and relaunch the app
  2. Try another mobile (4G or Wifi)
  3. Empty Smart Cache
  4. Restart the phone
  5. Clear the app data
  6. Delete the app and reinstall it

 

Heya I’m an expierienced user at deezer for years. But what im currently facing is new to me. It couldnt show any of the songs. I’ve followed to steps from begin to end and now im not able to log in to the app, while i do get an email with the verification of it was me. So apparently my credentials are right. Is it just the deezer server currenly being down?! Or

Hi I tried clearing the cache on my Samsung A7 phone that didn’t work. Cleared the data, uninstalled then reinstalled nothing works!! Help!!

 


On android 8.0.8.1 (and a few pervious versions), I have a constant downloading notification.

 

I traced it back to some Playlist which have one or two songs that have this error. None of the steps seem to be working to get rid of this error.

 

It's getting kind of annoying really. 


Hi,I can't play any music from this mourning on my mobile phone(android,Motorola one vision).I traid on the desktop and it's work normaly.Where is the problem?

Ever since the update I can't play any of my downloaded songs offline

And on my deezer app it no longer shows the "my music" option there at the bottom 

Can I get help on this

All my songs were downloaded -I didn’t trellises the app changed this. Just check they all downloaded. 
Or what worked for me before was turning offline button on settings on & off

I,reset my mobile and now it'ok.


So for the past few days I haven't been able to play new songs I've searched

I'm not sure if it's a big with the update or if it's just me 

Some of my tracks have also been sped up and I can't seem to do anything to fix it

Any solution

I'm on Android

Thank you @Kevin Deezer , however I wanted to avoid losing all my dowloaded albums and delete only this one that doesn’t seem to exist any more. Please see attached screenshot.


I'm sad to say that Deezer breaks now and then. Reinstalling might work, but it's as hassle and I loose the offline/downloaded content which means more use on my data plan.

Especially annoying since you increased prices too. 


I have the same problem, not sure since when.. I found out that most of my 4g abonnement was toen because of deezer over the past few days.. 


I understand your frustration @A.LeC but the steps mentioned at the top of this page are the best wait to fix the problems you are experiencing with the app.

This issue has just started today. I have followed the trouble shooting guides and repeated the process multiple times and I'm still getting the same error message.

 


I have some weird issues with a few songs. I have listened to over 200 songs in my library without any issues, but two of them have some issues, there’re two songs with the same title “Maroon 5 - One More Night” from the same album “Overexposed”, the only difference is that one album has a few more songs in it. The problem is, that one of these two tracks can play without issues on desktop app and web, while the other track stops at 0:15 and shows "An error occurred please try again later" message, but I can play both tracks on my phone without issues.

And another issue I have, is that one song, from the album “Chromatics - Kill For Love (Deluxe Edition)” with the title “Into The Black” simply won’t play on my phone, but it does play without issues on desktop app and web. And the same track from the album “Chromatics - Kill For Love” (non-deluxe / standard edition) can play without issues on both, desktop app/web and my phone.

This may seem like a minor issue, but it’s very frustrating. I reported the songs, but nothing was fixed yet. This is some weird and buggy algorithm.

I don’t know about other songs and albums yet, but I don’t want to run into this kind of issues with other tracks.

I have the same error on “Maroon 5 - One More Night”, which occurs in 15s. Too bad it’s not fixed yet. Only getting this issue on the Desktop app. web mobile works fine


I have deezer family, my problem is that all the songs from my mp3s that are listed in a playlist are not downloaded with the rest of the songs in the downloaded playlists. This was possible before but not now.


So I have “Tell Me Why (Radio Edit)” by Supermode track in my favorites. But when I press it the app just plays the track before. The track is not partially visible like the ones forbidden in my country. What happened?


 @niveska ok, I see what you mean.I still think it’s not possible to delete it specifically. How many downloads do you have?

@IJosephI, try the troubleshooting steps at the beginning of the topic, they might help with this issue. Each step and the order of the steps are important.

Have you tried uninstalling the desktop app, restarting your computer and downloading the latest version? It’s likely to be a problem with the app if the track plays fine on mobile :relaxed:


Don't know what's going on with my deezer at the moment.  Have it all set up but I can't seem to listen to my music when I have no mobile Internet. It use to work fine could listen to it with no signal bit not now. Any suggestions.  Thanks 


No sound and not loading.

Thanks for coming back, sorry it didn't help.

Is this happening to random tracks? If it's happening to the same ones, please post the link for them here and I'll test on our side.

In the meantime, try changing the audio quality settings to see if it helps. Keep me posted!
