Features & Feedback

When using the desktop app, all dates appear in american format, however I am not in America. How do I change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy?All I can find is a “Country Selector” which I have set to Australia, but this has not effect.Thank you!

I’ve been using Deezer for quite a while (surely 7+ years), and have never posted here before. Today I wanted to create a post to express gratitude for the Quick access feature - I really wanted a way to save albums and playlists that I want to listen to later. Marking these albums / playlists as Favorites defeats the purpose, because they just get mixed with albums / playlists that I’ve already listened to. So I’m a happier user now.The next step - as I see others have expressed in their posts - would be to add a Folders feature, where each folder would function just like Quick access does (although the folders would be accessed in a separate tab, I guess).Thank you, Deezer team!

Hi all, We wish to collect some of your feedback on Flow, that's why we are opening a new dedicated thread for you to share your feelings on this feature. Do you like it? Why? What do you think we are missing? Please be as detailed as you can in your comments, cheers!

What is the difference between Flow and Shuffle My Music (SMM)? They seem very similar to me in concept. They both seem to be a shuffle/mix of favorites and non-favorites but executed quite differently. Here are the differences I have noticed:Flow plays less favorites, even if I’ve toggled on the “More favorites” option on mobile. SMM plays more favorites. (Winner: SMM) SMM has an “Automated recommendations” toggle and Flow does not. I’m still not sure how this affects SMM but I assume it makes SMM play more non-favorites if on vs off?? (Winner: unknown) Flow only considers favorite songs and playlists but not albums or artists. SMM considers favorite songs, playlists, and albums, but still not artists. I almost never hear from favorited artists using either Flow or SMM unless I also favorite at least one song or album. (Winner: SMM but wish I would hear non-favorited songs/albums from favorited artists) Flow follows my “exclusions” list but SMM does not. (Winner: Flow). Flow is more r

The "Christmas" themed Flow is ready for you to enjoy this season.Merry Christmas to all!

So I know users can't add lyrics to songs that are on Deezer already since the lyrics are added from a lyrics database. But I think it would be pretty cool to add our own lyrics to our mp3 tracks.

I transferred all my music from Spotify and I wish they didn't have the recently added sort going only one way. All my old songs are at the top and my new ones are at the bottom. Default kinda fixes it unless I add a new song to the Playlist. Is there a way to change the direction of recently added goes?

What's happened to the Goth genre please?I used to be able to select it on flow and discovery. Now it's gone from there and I get an error message when I try to launch it from the search page.

The Deezer Android app recently updated so that the only sorting order for playlists when adding a song is “playlists that have been edited or added to most recently.” I'm not sure who asked for the removal of alphabetical sorting, but it's a huge step back for those of us with playlists that we listen to infrequently. Now, instead of simply scrolling down a list sorted by playlist name, now we have no idea where exactly a playlist is located in the list, erasing muscle memory. There's no user-friendly reason to remove an existing sorting option, so the sorting options from the normal playlist section need to be added. There's even a big space in the new menu for a sorting button to be added, as this image shows.

sorry for the word.. poster.. if it wrongwhen I chose songs and made a new playlist, max 4 pictures of the albums became together and created a poster for the playlist.. or if I chose one album of a band, the picture of the album became the poster of the new playlist..For a few months when I want to make a new playlist, there is blank poster and deezer want me to customize the poster..well I dont want to customize it, I want deezer to set a poster from the album pictures of the songs etc..auto set picture was better..Have I changed a setting? or it is a new way?maybe I may not explain what I want to tell.. so I am adding a few pictures..you see  my playlists.. in the past I gave a name to my playlist. I added song for that playlist and deezer put posters.. for ex.. reggae.. if playlist have songs from differetn albums deezer put 4 pictures, if the playlist is related to one album, picture of that album was sat as a poster..now when I arrange a new playlist, deezer doesnt set a poster f

How do i set to continue to play similar music once my playlist has run out?  I find currently, that when my playlist is completed, ends, that the music stops.I also get to a point when I have started ‘Launch Track Mix’ that it will stop at some point.I never want that behavior, I would always want, no matter how I started, for Deezer to continue similar music, is this possible?

Is there any way to sort differently? I have close to 300 playlists and there is no way to sort other than by last updated. This has functionally made having any more than 5 to 10 playlists useless. This isn't the first time this feature removal has been pushed, but it was previously rolled back. Why have you done this again? Is there any way to circumvent this? Any setting i can change? The last thread on this topic over 15 days ago has had no answer from deezer support. Please, I have used and loved deezer for close to (more than?) a decade and had no intention of changing service, but i am going to be forced to if there is no solution. I have endured the long loading times, the offline playing bugs, the "error loading content" issues, and all the other problems with the app, and yet have so far remained a staunch supporter of deezer for all its qualities as a streaming service outweigh these issues, but this feature removal (not even a bug!) will be the end of me.Thank you very much f

I'm talking about the greyed out song of course

Whats the point of a music appa that takes forever to load music? They should rebrand the app to a killing time app "You have 20 minutes to kill, just hit the play button and when you hear the music you'll know 20 minutes just passed by.After that just delete caché and start over.

As the title says, I'm wondering if there's a way to remove censored songs, or at least a way to filter them. I hate censorship, and experiencing it really ruins listening to a majority of my songs, especially the ones I regularly listen to. I haven't been able to listen to them and experience them because of the censorship on the lyrics.

I noticed some songs I listen to aren't in deezer. Im wondering if that's because only that app is allowed to have that song, if deezer is censoring songs out of the search bar, or if deezer is still adding music to its music base. Is there a way I could add the song myself? Why are some songs not in deezer?

Hi there,I noticed when you pause the music for less then a second and press play again, it skips the track. Can you bring an update out to resolve this, please.I'm using a Pixel 10 Android 16It also happens on a Samsung S24 Ultra Many thanks Dom

I've had Deezer Premium for over a year now and for the past 2 weeks, I've been getting adds every time I start listening to a podcast. What's the point of paying for a Premium subscription when I can't get rid of the adds 100%?

I’ve come across a few artist pages where there seems to be a mix of albums from two different artists.  For example Killdozer split up in the 90s, but there seems to be a load of new material from an unrelated band: https://link.deezer.com/s/31zcQ6qJw4zAUBixcH9sD Same thing with CAN, although they split up in the 70s! https://link.deezer.com/s/31zcRqtxsdRMJ21J5xPwW If these could be separated out into different artists, that would be great.

About a week ago, almost 400 episodes of the newest episodes of the Modern Wisdom podcast suddenly disappeared. It should be in episode #1008 at the time I write this I think. I'd been trying to catch up around episode #975, but suddenly the only episodes available are #1 - #631!! And the cover also changed to the one used for those episodes. Thought it would be fixed after a couple of days but it hasn't yet

Hi Deezer!Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience so far. One frustration I've experienced involves using the Favorites tab shuffle. Once selected, I cannot add songs, (e.g., Listen Next), to the queue. I also cannot re-order songs in the queue or even delete songs in the queue. This feels like it should be a basic or standard user set of features. Is there a specific reason this functionality has been removed? Is this something that can be addressed or added in the future?Thank you,Aaron

HiI notice that I can add one song only on one playlist . It would be nice if I can add one song on two or more playlists in the same time.

Hi Deezer. Can we expect the app to support the new Bit Perfect option available in Android 14 soon? This would be an amazing edition to the app.

The are already two weeks since the “Flow” play style, makes a list of 10-15 songs, plays them and that’s all, it stops. All I can do, is either to replay again the same songs, or to play whatever other song (from my favourites, or random), then I tap again Flow, then another 10-15 songs, then stops, and so on. Before, the flaw did what is supposed do, viz playing indefinetely. So Deezer, do something and fix this asap please.
