Hello,

I have recently switched to Deezer, but there are several problems with it. First, the skip, play, and back buttons are too small. Second, the desktop PC app is really laggy when you move the window. And the worst issue is the popping sound when pausing and resuming the song, and when skipping and going back to the previous song. I hate the sound. I have the Premium subscription and the audio quality is set to the maximum. I have already tried to fix it by looking through the community and online (clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, turning the phone off, etc.), but the popping sound is still there.

HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

Hi @Stipica !

On which device actually problem occurs PC or phone , and did you test with different audio sources. Try playing audio from different sources  to see if the issue is consistent across all sources or only on Deezer app .

On both PC and mobile (Iphone 14 pro) Using the speakers and/or headphones, and integrated phone speakers

No, only when playing/pausing,skipping ect. songs on deezer. With spotify, youtube music and tidal there are no popping sounds

Is it possible to capture this popping sound on video?

For example, the video could be uploaded quickly and easily to https://pixeldrain.com/.
