Deezer For Creators

Hi @Rudi, Just dropping in to say that I am also one of those artists that has been waiting for my access to Backstage. Is there any other contact we could be making that would be helpful? I am also a part of the Facebook group. Thanks @Agustin Amigo for letting us know about this community area!!

Hi @TRIXIEDEX thank you for the photo. Please request access to our new Backstage for artists platform here  Then you can update your artist profile yourself 

And if it's your first time using it, all you have to do is click on the button 'request access' and follow the steps 

@LynnTredeau please bear in mind that the access request can take up to 20 days because there is a huge backlog as this tool has just been openend. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience

The profile picture has been uploaded, but it might look better if you adjust the size and send us another version (that's just my opinion, feel free to let me know what you think). The recommended format is: 500x500px minimum | 3MB maximum | jpg, jpeg, png

There isn't a set time - we try to do it as soon as possible, it just depends on the volume of requests. Make yours now and keep us posted, all feedback is very welcome

I tried to claim my artist profile via Backstage 6 months ago and again a couple of days ago, and received no answer. Would love to get more involved with platform. Thank you!

Hi @Ryan Holiday we are sorry about that but Backstage for artists didn’t even exist 6 months ago. How did you try to claim your artist profile? 

Please request access to our new Backstage for artists platform here, click on the button 'request access' and make sure you include enough evidence   After having done that it can take up to 20 days to get access. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

Hey @Rudi, just to say that yesterday myself and most of my colleagues from the facebook group got the access for backstage validated. We are very happy and find the tool very useful. Please forward our thanks to the deezer team involved, they had for sure to coup with a great amount of applications at the same time. Best wishes to all, and please stay healthy!
