And if it's your first time using it, all you have to do is click on the button 'request access' and follow the steps :musical_note:

Hey @VIPER_ the average time to get a response from the team after submitting your request is 3-4 weeks due to the high number of request thet team in working on.

Its been like almost a week I have submitted my request to get access or claim my artist profile on deezer  and I haven’t heard anything from you guys yet. What do I do now?  Its just I couldn’t be able to get access to my profile yet.

I am trying to request access to my artist account and but i got a message saying that the album doesn't belong to me or doesn't exist. How can I resolve this?

I have all informations including UPC

Hi @Albert Voiturier that is possible.
Just make sure you select a role as manager and not as artist in the first field of the Backstage application form
Then in the third field you will be able to add all your artists.
Let me know if that works.

Hello, I have two different musical projects on Deezer but I can't manage the two artist profiles on Deezer Backstage at the same time. Basically, I would like to be able to manage two different artist profiles on Deezer Backstage. Is this possible ?

I can amend artist bios if needed, what do you have in mind? :relaxed:

I was trying to get access to Backstage earlier but, with each attempt, my artist name never comes up. In fact, no artist names appear and all that shows up is the little loading ring. I tried waiting but that didn’t lead to anything. How do I get it to show something so I can have access?

Hi. I’m trying to request access to my artist profile via Deezer Backstage but it keeps trying to load the artist name and never stops. Have tried this for almost a week both on Safari and Firefox. Can you help? Thanks!

Hey @Afuerenyo Music I have contacted the music team regarding that and they mentioned that they will proceed to delete the artist account you have with PANTANITO, but might take some time. So meanwhile, what you can do is to create your manager’s account with a different email (if that works for you) so you can gain time with your backstage request. Then after the artists account is removed, you can update that email and add PANTANITO as well.

Right, I’m trying the way you just showed me and anyways it seem I have to delete the previous account because the email with which I registered PANTANITO is already in use (by me, of course) and start the process again…

@Afuerenyo Music I have asked to the team and the told me that when you fill the form you need to request access as a manager. 
Then you can add all your artists ID’s.
I hope that helps :relaxed:

I already did as you said and I get this:
“You already requested access to Backstage” and it goes nowhere from here…
Any ideas?
Still got to artists more to go hehe

Hey @Afuerenyo Music apologies for the delay. I have asked to our team and they suggested the following steps:

1.Sign out of backstage.
2. Fill in the ‘sign up’ form for the new artists. Add the same email address you used for PANTANITO in all of the requests
3.Submit the request.
4. Request will then be approved after internal check-up. You will not receive automated emails saying the procedure is complete so you need

Please keep in mind that the process can take up to 4 weeks after submission. If you don’t have access after that period, please let me know.
