Great app. But as an artist, I wish Deezer could give us access to insights so we can track down how many people stream which songs, where they're located and such.

Hi, I’m having trouble with the Backstage form. My band’s single was recently uploaded by Distrokid (‘Party Tonight’ by Atomic Sister) and the Backstage form is suggesting the track does not exist, when it is definitely on Deezer. Any suggestions?

Hi @Trucifer Deville in order to claim your artist page please visit our new Backstage platform here and click on the button 'request access' and follow the steps :wink:

Please bear in mind that the access request can take up to 20 days because there is a huge backlog. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

I am contacting you due to a situation with my artist profile name, which I still do not claim because I do not know whether to do it or not that there is a mistake. I asked my distributor RouteNote for the solution to the error but I do not see it reflected in Deezer and it is almost a month after the request. The problem with the profile (URL: https://www.deezer.com/mx/artist/6974943) is that it shows Adán Ángeles when the correct one is Adán Angeles without the graphic accent.
Could you help me fix that mistake?

All we need to do is remove that accent? No problem, I've contacted a manager in the team to get that sorted. I'll get back in touch if we need anything from you.

@Afuerenyo Music I have asked to the team and the told me that when you fill the form you need to request access as a manager. 
Then you can add all your artists ID’s.
I hope that helps :relaxed:

Right, I’m trying the way you just showed me and anyways it seem I have to delete the previous account because the email with which I registered PANTANITO is already in use (by me, of course) and start the process again…
