About my Deezer

All releases in notification show up as “Album” despite them being singles or EP’s in Swedish localised client. In english localisation that is not the case.

I’m getting tired of notifications targeting the northern hemisphere when I live in Australia. For example the sounds of my summer list. We just started spring here

In this day and age where scandals come out about artists every other week I’d really like to be able to block out those bands that I no longer want to hear. I have 591 playlists spanning at least a decade of my musical tastes and pouring through that collection to clear out every instance of, for example, RHCP would take hours! It could be that they become ‘unavailable’ so you can still see them in the playlist but they are greyed out. But please, help me out here!

When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)

Improve Deezer connect so it works similarly to ones like Spotify connect and Tidal connect

Why do i have to select 10 favorite artists to start using Deezer that is a horrible design. Why cant i skip this dogshit

I tried to find the song, but even by the exact title it doesn't appear. It's in my favorites list. Even if I enter the artist's name, it appears last in the list.

Dear Deezer customer service, I have a family plan, and I have been a client of Deezer since maybe 10 years or more. Unfortunately I will have to discontinue it because your service makes porn podcast accessible to kids very easily. The filters do not work properly, the ‘hide explicit content’ does not work properly, and plenty of things remain available. It is too easy to contour your safeguards, a kid can do it in literally 3 clicks. I cannot believe you can't make it better. I am very upset to lose access to 10 years of playlists and music, but clearly, kid's safety comes first. so long.

The background image for Periphery's album (https://link.deezer.com/s/34lqfAr0te2wrwihaYePc) is showing people who are not related to Periphery. Please assign the correct artist profile image, as it currently displays a completely different group. Thanks!

The Search tab is one of the most visited spots in the app, so placing these tiles there means you'll spend less time hunting and more time enjoying.Whether you're in the mood to:Dive into a Podcast episode Challenge yourself with a Music Quiz Discover upcoming Concerts near you ...and more!...you'll find it all waiting for you in the Search tab. Keep an eye out for an in-app notification with all the details or you can also simply open your app (for Android users - and August 10 for iOS users) onwards and head to

MochaXMochaX is a global girl group consisting of two members, Moon and Star. The group is currently preparing for its debut and working on its first original song, “Mochas.”The Beginning of MochaXThe idea for MochaX started while Moon and Star were skating together. Moon mentioned wanting to become an idol and realized that Star also wanted to become one. Moon then asked if they should create a group together and become members. They started spending more time together, talking about the group and developing ideas. Over time, they became close friends and eventually best friends.Developing the MochaX StyleAt first, Moon and Star were strongly inspired by K-pop groups such as BTS and BLACKPINK. As they developed MochaX, they realized that rap-heavy and deep-energy songs did not fit their personalities as well. They wanted something softer, energetic and dreamy, which led them toward a style inspired by groups such as ILLIT while still developing their own identity. The Name MochaXWhile

Now you can add songs to Flow, MIXes, and Albums you’re listening to so they play right after the current track or at the end of your queue, without losing your Flow's vibe! Just tap the 3 dots on any track you want to play and choose when you want to listen to it.

This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker.  Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying.  Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)?  Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like:  “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”.  That’s very, very far from acceptable

A few days ago I’ve reinstated my Deezer subscription and noticed that it seems like the notifications for my account seem to be stuck - all new release notifications have a “more than a year ago” time stamp and seems like they are irrelevant (notifications for Hozier releases even though I don’t even follow this artist and have a single track in the favorite tracks). Since I’ve reinstated my account and started actively using your platform again there were a few fresh releases from the artists I follow and listened to actively - no updates in the notification center still.  To avoid classical troubleshooting steps:I’ve observed the same behavior on web, desktop and iOS apps; I’ve tried reinstalling (obviously) and clearing the caches and whatnot; I’ve reviewed the notification preferences and push notifications are enabled; What I expect:To be notified of new releases of the artists I follow.I’ve seen some similar threads where Deezer staff said that they “cleared the cache for the acc

This feature - some of us find very useful when trying to build a listening queue - keeps disappearing from app and web browser.so if i’m listening a song and want the next song to be a specific one, how the F do i do that?thanks, best to your product managers !

When I open the equalizer window in the mobile app comma I do not see a way to get back to the previous screen.  I am on an Android phone. Am I missing something?

Hello, I'm really not happy about losing audition each time you play an advert. No need to put it 80% louder than the music. If I can hear the music, I can hear the ad... So would you please keep the same volume of sound? Note: I have the feature “Normalize audio” activated, I’m on Mac and I can assure you that it does not work and that my ears do not enjoy it. Any solution to help me?  Thanks

Hello,I recently switched from spotify to deezer and used a platform (tunemymusic) to transfer my playlistls. The problem being that the transfer app did not add it in the proper order, instead of doing a first in first out (the oldest musics are the first to get in the deezer playlist) they do a last in first out. Because of this i wanted to write a very simple python script to be able to sort everything properly (unliking everything and reliking everything but in the proper order) so that when i like new musics it gets after the latest musics i had. Now the problem is that from what i saw online deezer API is (?) no longer maintained and therefore it is (?) the reason that it is not possible to create an app anymore (which is necessarey to get Oauth & then be able to do actions on the playlist). So, my question is, is there a workaround to this or is the only way to build around deezer to scrap ?

Hi Deezer team and community,I’m writing this with mixed feelings. I’ve been a loyal Deezer user since 2016. For almost ten years, I recommended Deezer to friends, defended it in conversations, and genuinely believed in the platform. I liked being part of something that felt slightly different from the mainstream. But today, I can no longer justify staying. This isn’t written out of anger. It’s written out of disappointment, and hope that someone at Deezer might actually read this and take it seriously. The biggest issue: Deezer doesn’t seem to “know” meMusic streaming in 2026 is not just about access to songs. It’s about discovery, personalization, and feeling understood. And this is where Deezer has fallen behind.Every time I open the app, I’m met with recommendations that feel random and disconnected from what I actually listen to. The flow of the homepage doesn’t make sense. I rarely feel excited to explore because what’s presented to me simply isn’t relevant. The “New Releases” playli

Is it actually normal that half of Deezer’s playlists haven't changed in years? Playlists like Indie Disco or Feel Good Alternative are supposed to be updated weekly, but in reality, they’re just full of the same hits from 5–7 years ago. Where are the updates? It feels like Deezer and its curators have finally just stopped trying. Back when I started using Deezer in 2018, their playlists were one of my main sources for discovering new music, and it was cool. In general, I think Deezer has lost its curation vibe and has fallen way behind Spotify. It’s a real shame.P.S. Don't get me started on the lack of any exclusive content, like those cover compilations they used to have—that’s a whole other topic. But honestly, I wonder what the Deezer team has been doing all year besides 'fighting AI,' which they kept releasing pompous press releases about.

After several Times i manage to login to my deezer account. Can play only radio station on music cast, when I try to listen to my fav trucks, artist etc. On deezer account I just cant. Truck is going about couple of seconds then jam/freeze. Again jam/freeze. 2 days ago everything was normal. Ive reset my router, yamaha Player etc.Whats going On? Again

As the day turn into months, and months into years, my explicit songs a gradually being replaced with their cleaner version. This is a problem where i will have to edit my entire playlist. Please fix this problem.

So when I ask any of my Google Nest speakers to play any of my playlists, it doesn't, it just plays random music. Is there anyway I can get this to work, as it was perfect on Spotify, and if I can't play on my Google speakers via voice command Deezer is pointless for me
