One Hit Wonder

I’ve been trying for YEARS to get Jackson Browne’s Solo Acoustic Volume 1 album playing on Deezer. It’s completely greyed out. I can search it and see it, but nothing will play. Solo Acoustic Volume 2 plays perfectly fine. But the first of the set does not. 
 

I checked and all other streaming platforms can play this fine. It’s not an issue with my country (I’m in the U.S.). What’s up with this and how do I fix it?

If content is greyed out and won’t play, it may be because it is no longer available. This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist, label or right holders have changed.
