Hi, Im closing my family subscriptuon and one of family members want to stay in Deezer keeping existing account and chosung his own plan. How to do it because he do not see any plan pripisutions on his account as he where a family member but not an owner?

Hi @giedrius !

Your family member who wants to stay on one of the Deezer subscriptions must have an Independent profile before leaving the Deezer family plan.
So if it has a Profile, then it must be converted to Independent.

When the account admin has converted a profile into an independent account, the owner of that independent account will be logged out and converted on Deezer free.
When it is on Deezer free then can take Deezer premium or other plan.

If the member already has an Independent account, then the admin should remove it from the Family plan and he will then be transferred to Deezer free and then he can choose the subscription he wants.
