Hello, we have deezer family subscription. My 7-old daughter has kid’s account. How did this content pass through into kids space? Please can you help to block the artist so that it cannot be found or it is not recommended. Deezer seems to struggle to sort and tag inappropriate / explicit content. Please allow to “report”.
It would be such a nice addition to allow users to edit the image of the mp3s they upload to their accounts, making the playlists more organized and beautiful.
As discussed in the past by other users, I find the lack of ANY upload bar, info or confirmation pop-up when trying to upload mp3 files very annoying. There is literally nothing happening and no way to understand if the operation was completed, cancelled, ongoing and so on. It would be cool to have something of the sort since we are in 2022 and even a toaster has a status bar nowadays. Please try to look into it, it doesn’t seem to be a very complicated issue to resolve and it would certainly improve the whole UX.
Hi team, I was just listening to the 100% The Wiggles playlist and up popped a song that wasn't from The Wiggles. Worse than that it was content that I think was inappropriate for a playlist targeted at small children, Up butt coconut (extended dance remix). In reviewing the playlist it says the last update was 12 months ago. See the attached screenshot. What can be done to address this issue? Regards, SD
Why should I receive ads in a language I don’t understand? Doesn’t that defeat TOTALLY the purpose of an ad? I live in Belgium but I don’t speak dutch and there’s nothing in my profile settings that might suggest that i do. I travel abroad and even there I get dutch ads… WHY?
My question is in the title. I stayed away from Deezer for a couple of months, came back and found the same problems. Bad search engine, can’t add albums or tracks if I’m just playing one song, can’t use right click to copy and paste, still no gapless play on desktop (no opera, opera fans)… and on and on. I guess they don’t care.
The “flow” feature is supposed to play the songs I liked, and other songs it thinks I might like. A lot of songs have “duplicate” variants - e.g., the same song in one of several “greatest hits” albums, or perhaps a subtly different version. The problem I want to raise is that flow sometimes picks those variants to play. This is a problem because when flow plays such a variant song - and this unfortunately happens often - I see that it doesn’t have a heart, and quickly “heart” this variant song, happy that I discovered another song I missed. The result is that my favorite songs list now includes many duplicates of the same song. Then, when I play all my songs, a song that has many duplicates on my favorite song list has a higher chance of being played. This is annoying. Many people have raised ideas in the past about to preventing the addition of duplicate songs to the favorite list (when you press the heart it can warn you). Hallo. The title says it all. In flow I keep doing the “Do not show this artist/track again” feature and it doesn't just not work. It keeps recommending MORE of those songs it would seem. To the point that my flow feed is inundated with the MaMaMia soundtrack. (No, litterally it is this SINGULAR album that needs to piss off.) Every 3-4 songs it recommends that SAME artist, and sometimes even that very same song again. Please fix.
I have been making my monthly payments automatically on my credit card for months. I had to get my card blocked because payments to 'DeezerAsia A' were coming out in different amounts. The payments stopped happening for a few weeks. Again once a month these payments are coming out again to 'DeezerAsia A' I'm having to call my bank again! I did not agree to any extra charges at all I would like to know why this payment comes out when I renew my subscription or add a new card to pay for you're subscription. I would like these payments to stop as it's theft. I will await you're reply but I am still going through my bank as these payments are made all the way in Paris, I live in New Zealand have never been to Paris. Please look into this at you're end or I'll have no choice but to cancel my subscription, which I really don't want to do.
My subscription is $10.99, I have the bill that comes out every month as $15.99. Why is it $5.00 more that doesn't make any sense. Can you explain this as this is now 2 significant issues I have with you guys and ists really disappointing.
So this month, I’m not seeing my top August playlist, and actually my top July playlist disappeared about 5 days before August ended. Anybody else having this issue and how to fix it?

Hi , it may be a daft question ….but what does the black dot under the shuffle symbol mean , as you can turn it on and off it must have a use , been wondering this for a while now .
Amazon Music, Apple Music, Tidal, Qobuz, and plenty more music streaming services now include CD-quality and even Hi-Res audio in their base $10/month plans. Meanwhile, Deezer still charges $15/month in the USA for CD quality, even though that’s obviously just the industry standard now. Why?
