Hello my name is sandra Chapman and I am trying to transfer my music from Amazon back to Deezer music and I can't login to my account even pay my plan or subscription how do I fixed this issue

if you can’t log back into your deezer account, you should contact deezer support at https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb
