My husband is not able to be a member for my family plan because it says we are from different country! But all of us were born in Brazil and we are living in Germany at this moment, we live together!

 

this message does not make sense!!!!!

I need help Asap!!!!!

The country codes of the accounts will be different. Simply being in Germany does not change this. Please contact support and let them unify:
