When i try to change the playlist in deezer or to choose another song the app just crashes and does not respond i have to restart it again and have the same issue 

clearly i have updated the app on both my i phone and i watch please i want support or i have to change the music streaming app with another

When i try to start a song from a playlist i starts perfectly but when i change the playlist through the i watch it goes like this and turns of the music i cannot provide a video because when the accident occurs and i try to capture it it turns of the camera

We can’t reproduce this issue on our side. 

Let me ask you, when you try to listen it from your Apple Watch, are you trying to listen offline or online? Can you please try it on both cases please? (Airplane mode and without, for example).🤔

What is the Bluetooth device are you trying to listen? Can you try to disconnect and connect again this device from your watch to see if it solves the issue? 🙇🏻

It is online I am currently using airpods and az soon as i change the playlist through the i watch for instance from an artist playlist to another it crashes and the loading screen goes on forever .The issue is not a random one it is a repetitively occurring every time i use the device

I think that there is something to do with the master device which in this case is the iphone then i suppose that a signal transferred from the i watch to the iphone and then the issue occurs. It may be to different commands for play and change list appearing at the same time

Hi @Borislav

Can you please try to disconnect your AirPods and try to use it with other headset or speaker Bluetooth to check if it works, please? If you don’t have other device, please try to disconnect the AirPods, close the Deezer app and reconnect the AirPods later, let me know if worked again. 🤔
