Hi Deezer...I have my playlist more then 5 years but in the next year deezer management stop doing free subscription and 19.99 ₪ a month for israel and this starts to be a big problem...the price now is too expensive and I havw that a big playlist and is to sad that the management stop doing subscriptions for 19.99₪ a month couse some people dong have that type of amount and with this price I people in israel buy more then 200 channels from united states and the world for of the best channels in the world but this is not price to pay for a application that only gave the some songs I can download on my cellphone and listen free...So please back the price which was more normal 19.99 to listen songs in deezer...Spotify is not to hard like that Deserved are...

My deezer account is just not working. Can't access anything, can't log out, says it can't load a page, nothing. Need help guys.

Hey can you not log in on all the devices? Or in one in particular?

I was using app in PC normally and suddenly the app has taken me out and says my account is a free one and that I need to subscribe. Obviously I'm just suscribed in 2019. What has happened. Is there any general problem? Also this happens in android...

I am not able to log in into my Deezer account on Android with the App

Android App tells I am using the wrong password

But I can login ok with the very same password on desktop through my web browser

Restarting the phone doesn’t help

Neither does reinstalling the App

My payments are uptodate
