  • I don’t remember my password

Click on Forgot your password? and enter the email address you used to create your Deezer account, then click on Reset your password.

An email will be shortly sent to that address, don’t forget to check your spam folder!

:exclamation:Password reset links expire within an hour of being sent for security reasons.

 

  • I don’t have access to this email address anymore

In that case, get in touch with our customer support team.

  • I want to change my email address or my password

→ On deezer.com :keyboard::computer::

  1. Click on your profile picture
  2. Click on Account Settings
  3. Go to the My information tab
  4. Select Change next to your email or password
  5. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your identity with a six digit confirmation code sent to your email.
  6. Enter your new email address or password
  7. Re-enter your new email address or password
  8. Select Save changes

→ On the mobile app :iphone::

  1. Open Favorites :heart:
  2. Go to Settings :gear:
  3. Go to Manage my account (My account for iOS users) :mens:
  4. Select Change your email address or Change password
  5. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your identity with a six digit confirmation code sent to your email.
  6. Enter your new email address or password
  7. Re-enter your new email address or password
  8. Select Save changes

:exclamation:The code will expire after 10 minutes. Once expired, you'll need to ask for a new code

:exclamation:If you don't have access to this email address, or if you get a message saying that this email address is already used, you'll need to contact Deezer Support

 

  • I’m connected but my account is a free one and I’ve lost my favourites

You probably created a new account by mistake and your original Deezer account has other credentials.

My deezer account is just not working. Can't access anything, can't log out, says it can't load a page, nothing. Need help guys.

Hey can you not log in on all the devices? Or in one in particular?

Hi Deezer...I have my playlist more then 5 years but in the next year deezer management stop doing free subscription and 19.99 ₪ a month for israel and this starts to be a big problem...the price now is too expensive and I havw that a big playlist and is to sad that the management stop doing subscriptions for 19.99₪ a month couse some people dong have that type of amount and with this price I people in israel buy more then 200 channels from united states and the world for of the best channels in the world but this is not price to pay for a application that only gave the some songs I can download on my cellphone and listen free...So please back the price which was more normal 19.99 to listen songs in deezer...Spotify is not to hard like that Deserved are...

Hi, I unsubscribed from the Deezer Premium, but now I can't log in to access any of the tunes I had previously downloaded. 

I can't seem to change my subscription to the Deezer Free option either.

I get an error message API Auth needed ???

Hi,I have Deezer like for 5 more years and everything was ok until they stop working with israel for free..I was paying 19.90 a month which was very good to me to listen my playlist and maybe like more then a year now they stop to make for Israel 19.90 ₪ a month..Now im having to download all more then 3000 songs on my cellphone playlist cause deezer owners got angry for money and make it hard to some people to listen them playlist there because is now only paying... And I don't gonna pay 40 dollars and also not almost 50 too for this,is too expensive!!!

He( xxxxxxx)  has now logged into Deezer on PC in the "Subscription Management" section and sees - "You are using the Deezer  Free tariff". But he's in my family and he should have a Deezer Family tariff. What should he do in this situation ?

Hi @Andrey Vas I can see that this user created an account with that email on the 13th February which is a free account, so he/she must be connected to the wrong account.
Please make sure that the user logs into the Family account using your email and password and then switch to the correspondent profile.
If the problem persists, please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and provide all the relevant information and one of our agents will be able to help.

Hello

One of my family members has a problem connecting to Deezer. Deezer does not see him as a member of the Deezer Family program and offers to use Deezer Free for 1 month. What should he and I do ? I pay the Deezer Family tariff regularly.

I made the last payment on February 14, 2022.

What information should I provide you with ? I will be glad of any help.

He uses the application on Android, reinstalling the application did not help.

I am also not able to log into my account.  It is not recognizing my cell phone number. I also tried logging in via email, tried resetting my password  which is min 8 characters but the reset button doesnt work.

Hi @Sotonye.Ronald have you tried to reinstall the latest version of the app and login with your credentials?
None of the Family members can access with the email and password of the account? If that is the case it might be possible that you have more than one account with us.

I can't login to my deezer account with my email and password, I've changed it multiple times but it doesn't seem to work, I had to log in to this community using google.

I'm currently subscribed to deezer family and my family members don't have access to my account

Then delete my account and subscription for violating the community guidelines.... This service is a Fucking joke. Cancel my subscription. Fuck your support i shouldn't have to speak/email anyone to end a service.... Especially when its the western family equivalent to youtube red pandora amazon music spotify ect ect. Cancel my shit. Fuck your guidelines. Shady as fuck still. Now if you dont get rid of my account in some way its sets the precedent that your community guidlines are just suggestions. Ive violated terms of service cancel my damn account now please.

You need to contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to cancel the subscription. I am not able to do it from here.

WHY IS IT LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THERE IS NO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON! NOT ON THE MOBILE APP NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Hi @Chris avison I have checked in the system and your old account is still linked to your old email. 
As this is a public channel it is better if you contact our Deezer Support Team and they will help you to gain access to your old account and transfer the music from one account to another.

I have had dezzer since 2013. I originally set it up with the email xxxxxx@yahoo.com which I don't have access to. I managed to get into my account through Facebook,I changed the email on Facebook to my new email xxxxxx@yahoo.com but recently got a new phone, my partner set up deezer family so I tried to log in using my new phone and it has set a new account up. Now I cannot access my original account with 8years of saved music.
