I've recently looked at my favorite tracks list, and there are dozens or more songs that I never added to my favorites. They are of completely random genres, not even matching some of the playlists that I have liked ( I thought maybe something was adding songs in favorite playlists to my favorite tracks, but that doesn't even seem to be the case). I have no idea where these tracks came from. Why are random songs appearing in my favorite track list? Edit: actually it does seem like some of the tracks were from playlists that I had favorited, but not nearly all of them. Some of the tracks were so far out of left field, like the Danny Boy song pictured above, that I have no explanation of where it could have come from. Even so, did something change where if you favorite a playlist it also adds them as favorite tracks? If so, that's a pretty dumb thing to do. There are some playlists that I like, but I don't want to have all of those tracks added to my favorite tracks as well.

Hi, I've been having this annoying problem for a while. When I add songs to a downloaded playlist, they're not downloaded automatically and you have this bizarre situation where only a part of a playlist has this green downloaded mark. Just look at the screenshot below. When are you going to fix this? As a paying customer I literally can't listen to some music offline because it does NOT download.
It seems all of a sudden, none of my existing playlists show in results when I search for them - why not please?

Maybe i just haven’t figured it out, but why can’t i just add my own picture to my playlist, without having the playlists’ name in the middle of it? There is not a single option where i can add a picture that doesn’t also have the name in it. I think having the name in the picture takes away from the picture itself, and besides that it is also completely unnecessary since the name is directly underneath/next to the picture. Perhaps an option where it doesn’t include the name?
When searching in the deezer desktop app or on the website when searching it no longer has a find by lysics. I found a song a long time ago however when trying to search friends in low places it use to give a lyric find. Hopefully this wasn’t disabled forever and it is just a bug great feature it was.
Dear all, I noticed that the search bar on my browser seem to not give any results anymore, no matter the words I search for. See below: Is there any reasons for this? I noticed the issue on two different laptops. It might be with my account for X or Y reason. Many thanks for guidance and help!
Alexa starts on last track of favourites then stops & says that was last track. Then starts on it again when asked to play favourites, meaning it will only ever play last track. I've cleared cache, tried shuffle, tried skip & will always start and end in last track of favourites. I've mixed the tracks up in Deezer & she still starts on the same tune, then says "that was the last track" when asked to skip. Really annoying, as it will only play one track & stop playing. I've also found that when in shuffle mode for any playlist, Deezer will shuffle the tracks in the same order everytime. Which isn't shuffle really is it? 🫤
I saw a post from 2 years ago that mentions the date format but it doesn’t address my problem I’m receiving email notifications from Deezer about concerts which is really good however the notifications are in US date format e.g. 9/7/25 meaning September. This is confusing and I nearly booked a concert at a time I’d actually be travelling. Any chance this can be fixed please? I’m in Australia btw.
The button is placed in a way that can easily be mis-tapped. It’s happened to me on countless occasions. This wouldn’t be a big issue if the track continued playing but once you select that, the track stops playing which becomes more of a hindrance than an enhancement. Is it possible to offer a better experience with this new UI addition? Thanks.
I have 4900+ songs in my list & the same 50 songs keep coming up. I used to pay but I stopped because it was to expensive. I’m a free user. Wheatus came up with one song in between. Don’t get me wrong, I like the song, but twice with 1 song in between. I listened to it the next day & today. I’ve gone into settings & deleted what I could (without deleting all). The same thing happens - I get the same 50 songs coming up. I love KMFDM but Godlike is all that comes up. I have 20 tracks but the only one I hear is Godlike. I can’t remember the last time I heard The Tiger Lillies or Nancy Sinatra. Your algorhythm is all screwy. My phone is an Andriod last years model. The same thing happens on my computer. Please fix this.
Hello, In recent weeks Deezer is not connecting well to my Sony WiFi speaker. Spotify does it and so does YouTube, so it seems to be a Deezer issue. It takes a long time to connect and then, if once connected, it lags a lot. Sometimes the app seems to detach from the speaker and the speaker keeps on playing the old playlist, but I can't control it anymore and the only way to stop the music is to manually switch off the speaker. Very annoying, if not solved I'll have to cancel my family subscription, I'm afraid.
How do I disable explicit content on the Deezer LG TV app ? I’ve disabled it on my iOS device via the settings but this doesn’t replicate over to the app on the LG TV on the TV app in settings there are no options other than log out. I’m signed in to both with the same user so I thought the same settings would apply but it appears not
I listen Deezer mainly through Musiccast and BluOs. Both of these have their own app and you can select Flow as listening mode. However, there does not seem to be any kind of learning or feedback mechanism back to Deezer. I keep on skipping certain music I do not like, but especially Musiccast seems to keep pushing the same type of music it apparently once decided I like. My library does not represent that kind of music. Could Deezer improve the API’s it provides to these third parties to get also there more control over what Flow plays?
