Hi, deleting an account requires a password and logging in via google circumvented creating a password. I misunderstood the quality of this site and need the account removed.

Hirecently receive my Deezer Year 2024, how is it possible that my first top track is a track I never listen to !??Change my password just in case but I'm pretty sure that's not the problem, as I've never seen this track in my history.The track is The Beat (feat. Peter Frampton) (Bottai Remix) and doesn't appear in any of my favorites and I don't even know the band in any way. Yet Deezer tells me I've listened to it 168 times!Any clue ?
How many years are going to go by before this message is removed from the desktop app?

I like some Portuguese artists, and suddenly Flow seems to play random Portuguese artists that I don't even know every couple of songs. Is there anyway to turn off these recommendations without having to choose 'don't recommend this artist 'individually? This is so frustrating. I would say that my liked Portuguese artists are less than 10% of my overall liked artists, why am I being bombarded with Portuguese music by artists I don't know and genres I don't like?
Does anybody else have the same problem that Deezer app works very slow on Samsung TVs (Tizen)? When you are going thru songs or albums, it works with a delay of few seconds. Also, sometimes plays a song with a cover of another one and display some error. All other apps works perfectly fine and fast.
One week ago the app started crashing after about 1 minute into the song. Closing it and reopening it does not solve the problem. Never happened before, now it happens 90% of the time. I’m on ios 18.1 deezer 10.24.0.2
Two issues driving me insane right now with Deezer. 1. All of sudden I don't have a Download button. I sometimes need to play songs in offline mode because I sometimes go where internet is almost nonexistent.2. In a Playlist of 400+ I shuffle bit the freaking app keeps playing about 20-50 songs over and over!! Same each time. And please don't tell me to clear the cache or uninstall and reinstall or shuffle list from desktop app because I will instatenously combust with rage. Done all of that -not working. And it is not device related - I recently changed phones and same crap is happening to this phone. The only reason I'm still holding on to Deezer is the HF quality.
I ask google home assistant to play music but it does not show up on my account on the phone. Can't control it with my phone.
I have Deezer on PC and my Samsung phone. I have noticed that when I add songs to my favorite tracks and then reorganize them in a different order on my PC, they only play in the new order correctly on my PC, but not my Phone. My phone shows the correct order that it should be playing in, when I sort by default. But when I select a song, most of the reorganized songs play correctly but some of the songs don’t show up in the queue and it skips them completely. I had a LG phone before this and it had the same issue. I have included and example of what the new order should be playing as and then what the queue shows on my phone when playing my favorite tracks. This happens to mp3’s, album’s, and regular songs. I do not have shuffle on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also the add to queue buttons doesn’t work for me when I play songs normally or in shuffle in the favorite tracks however the play next button does work.
Hi. I'm experiencing issues with the shuffle playback feature—the one that sets your entire library on random playback. Once I click on the button, a message appears that I must first add music, as if I don't have any.
Songs from the Deezer database are scrobbled fine but scrobbling for own mp3s is not working at all.
Hello dear Deezer-Team and dear community,I already have this problem for a few months now: When I try to listen to music offline my downloaded content isn't avaible. It's always a fifty-fifty chance if I can listen to my playlists without using my mobile data, which is incredibly annoying when you're on vacation.If I change the "normal" mode to "offline mode" I get almost the same notification.I've read on other posts that this problem is going on since 2020…When does this bug get finally fixed? T-T

When I first got my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and downloaded my Deezer account -it had an equalizer. As did all the music services on this device, but Dezzer has an equalizer as default. Now all of a sudden it's disappeared completely. I have no idea why this happened, It's a very important feature to me; It's actually a deal breaker as a subscriber If it's gone for good. Can somebody please tell me why I'm losing features on my pixel device that I just bought? My Apple devices are all the same in all have equalizers my Android device took it away, and I want to know why.

Hi. So I have Deezer taking over 26gb of iPhone storage. All my “favourite” music I have allowed to download on the setting provided…thinking that I can listen to this when I don’t have internet or service. Numerous occasions I have been caught with no service (on plane, gym underground etc）How am I able to listen to downloaded music when I need internet to load all 3000 songs first. Am I doing something wrong or?
I mostly use Deezer via the Yamaha MusicCast app to play with lossless quality via my net streamer. MusicCast has its issues from time to time as Airable sometimes seems to suffer from latency and hang ups either on its own servers, or at either the Deezer or Yamaha ends, but for the most part these are swiftly resolved and aside from the awful GUI, its a good service. Partly due to the awful GUI, and partly as i’m typically too busy focusing on my day job to want to spend more than 30s figuring out what to listen to next, my go to feature on a several times a day basis, was ‘recommended artists’ and ‘recommended albums’. These would change weekly (usually just about enough time for me to have gotten through all of them) and appeared to be based on my recent listening preferences, which had the nice effect of allowing a certain degree of natural exploration as when an artist i wouldn't typically listen to was recommended and i’d had their tracks on a couple of times through the week,

Hello!I am accustomed to using many browser tabs. While using Deezer, I customarily open tabs for artists or albums which I might like to check out later in my browsing session. However, whenever I start play something, Deezer updates EVERY TAB’S TITLE to the title of what is currently playing. That would certainly make sense to do for the title of the tab which is ACTUALLY playing something, but for the remaining tabs this is a huge inconvenience, as it obliterates their meaningful titles, making them very tedious to navigate. This also screws up browser history entries. I can of course see the URLs I have visited, but those only contain numerical artist or album IDs and not any human-readable information. The human-readable titles are overwritten by whatever the last thing playing was, regardless of whether it has anything to do with the related URL. Finally, whenever I want to add a browser bookmark, I find myself having to type in the artist or album name manually for each one, rat
When I play my favourite tracks playlist, it always plays the same song. The first song I added. I have to start the playlist, then shuffle it, then go to the next track. This is particularly annoying on Android Auto, as there isn’t a clear way to descend into the playlist itself, presort it, and then play it. Not that doing that would be desirable, I’m busy piloting a four thousand pound land missile. The issue exists on Chrome as well. If I click into the playlist on Chrome, or even on Deezer mobile, the sort order is already set up to be by most recently added, as I would expect. The problem only exists if I try to play the playlist from anywhere that isn’t the playlist itself, such as from the home screen.
