My application on android is broken

So its been a week and i cant add any songs to my favorites nor can i add them to my plyalists. Also my favorite songs are set at 2000 wherehas i normally have 2500. And in the "favorites" page i see the playlist from another account in my family on the first page but i didnt like them. Its so weird and annoying please help me

Oh I see .

These are your 24 playlists, and there were only 2 playlists showing up there before, which were from your dad.

 

Maybe this will help (from Deezer page ):

Restart everything

  • Turn your phone off and on
  • Close and reopen the Deezer app
  • Log out and back in to your Deezer account

I'm not sure (I understood you well what the problem is !?


If you favorited a playlist from another account , then that playlist is in your favorites.
The limit for a playlist is 2000 songs .

It would be helpful if you could send us a screenshot

Sorry i english is not my first language but thank you for your answer.

The playlists i see in my favorites should bot be ther since i didnt like them and i previously had more than 2400 favorite songs and i can still add songs in my favorites on my computer. I'll send you screenshot from the app

These playlists "Inna" and "Play" in favorites, are they your playlists?

If they are, then you can remove them only if you select the Delete this playlist option, which means that they will be permanently deleted.

Not only are they not my playlists but i dont see the playlists I created, i normally have 24 of them. The playlists belong ton my dad's account who is in the same family as me
