Can't transfer playlists from Spotify to Deezer

Hello,

I'm trying to use the transfer tool and even though it says everything transferred, it has not. How do I get this to work? I want to transfer my family to Deezer but it will depend on this working.

I’m not sure which migration service/tool you are using, as there are several, or what your experience level is, but they can be finicky.

if you provide more info, folks can try to help you troubleshoot.

I'm about to delete. I used the built in service, but ultimately deleted the app and reinstalled

I used TuneMyMusic, the default one, from Account Settings / More - transfer your favourites, then Spotify as service.

It’s a little clunky, but it managed to import all the titles.

By caution, I transferred only a couple of playlists to start with. The 2nd time, it first felt as if it wouldn’t accept to do it again (IIRC it showed a text mentioning the maximum number of titles was reached), but I tried anyway, and everything was transferred correctly, except one title that wasn’t available here.
