Seems there’s very little Bob Seger on here. He used to be tough to find, but about 4 years ago, word came that he was licensing his catalog to the streaming services. Not Deezer?

Hello all,

those two albums are missing suddenly:

  1. I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning (Remastered)
  2. Digital Ash in a Digital Urn (Remastered)

the original versions available, but not the Remastered. I checked with apple music and spotify, the albums available here in my country, so it's not rights holder's issue.

when I try to open the album web page (via google) I get error 404: Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for.

any help with that issue, please?

I was told Deezer was competitive with spotify but even some of my favorite bands (Metric, for example) only have a few albums on Deezer… It’s pretty inconvenient that only some albums are present and others aren’t. I was told Deezer had a similarly extensive pool of music to Spotify but so far this has been a pretty big disappointment. Where are all my Metric albums? They aren’t some random band with no fans...

 Hey Dylan, as you said unfortunately the album is not available at the moment, not all streaming platforms have the same rights on the releases, but keep an eye on it cause it might appear again soon!

I really want to come back to Deezer, but half of the discography of my favorite artist is still missing and I can’t even understand why that would be.

All the MAMAMOO albums distributed by LOEN Entertainment are missing from Deezer and from no other platform. I’ll give 3 album examples: Red Moon, Blue;s and Yellow Flower. However LOEN Entertainment has been known as Kakao M since 2018 and their albums distributed under the new name (Kakao M) ARE available on Deezer (example: Travel).

This issue has been brought up before (by me, and other users). I’ve personally requested those 3 albums months ago. Could someone please look into it and tell me what the issue with those albums is? These albums have songs that have hundreds of millions views on Youtube and MAMAMOO as a group has over 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify. This is a HUGE gap in their discography.

I’m very frustrated cause I had to quit Deezer cause of these missing albums and now I can’t come back (disappointed with Spotify) because the albums are still missing.

Hello @Muhannad Al-Thballi If something doesn’t appear, it may be because agreements with artists, labels or right holders are still underway or have not been met. You can upload the song to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists. The step by step guide is here.

Getting really fed up trying to play certain albums by artists that were once readily available and now have vanished. Fortunately I still subscribe (on a much lower tariff) to Napster and some of them (by no means all) are available on there, however that is only good for home playing as I can only use the Napster one with my Sonos system. Artists in question….Bryan Ferry :Bete Noire ,Mamouna…Nash the slash :children of the night. Kosheen Resist etc etc I sadly could go on…..and on☹️

I tried to upload it, it never showed up and uploading the Mp3 to Playlists nobody can hear and nothing changes lol

Does they run in same country? The decision maker can exclude some services out.

You may want to contact a label or artist to make it on Deezer.

Deezer does not remove ANY content, they are dltd by labels. Note that Deezer is best paying music streaming portal, it’s weird enough to see if labels are pulling content from best paying platform.

I see that Deezer pays more per stream than Spotify or Prime Music.

This is exactly how you can get artists on board. Tell them how much more Deezer pays. Almost double than Spotify. On 100 streams one can make $0,64 when Spotify is half of that.

If you update the MP3 version of a track you have, that will show up on mobile, within your MP3s playlist. It's only available to you, yes.

hello! is it possible Rina Sawayama's singles ‘TOKYO TAKEOVER’, ‘Terror’ and EP ‘Sawayama Remixed’ could be added to Deezer (Her album Sawayama Deluxe is on Deezer, but Sawayama Deluxe and Sawayama Remixed are two seperate albums/EPs)? oh and Mitski's discography is missing a LOT of singles, EPs and albums! Some examples of her missing albums are ‘Lush’ and ‘Retired from Sad, New Career in Business’. also, LOOΠΔ's album [X X] and a LOTTTT of MAMAMOO EPs and singles still haven’t been added to Deezer even though they are very, very popular. I know it’s not your fault, but I might as well still mention it 🙂 Thank you!
