The average response time from our backstage team is 3-4 weeks as they deal with a high volume of artists requests.
If after that period you have not hear from them yet, please contact our customer support team with all the relevant information regarding you application and they will be able check on the system.

Hi ! To whom it may concern, i’m Asuncion, a french artist.

We have been submitting our request for 5 months and we still don’t have any anwsers.

We contacted the Deezer support 3 times in the Deezer website, once on Twitter and nothing has changed, even if they told us our request was taken. Is it normal ?

It’s important for us because we need to analyse our statistics, and the only plateform on which we can’t do that is Deezer.

Hi, I have some songs on deezer through Distrokid.

I am unable to claim my art, the page where I should apply for Backstage isn’t working properly, it doesn’t scroll down in order to fill all the information required.

Hello, my album “Il giardino degli inconcludenti”

We have the same stage name, but they’re from Philippines and I’m from Italy. Moreover, my name HALE has to be written in capital letters as it represents an acronym. Could I also claim my artist profile as I haven’t got one at all on Deezer? Thanks in advance!

Hi @halendelon Can you please contact our Deezer Support Team  and provide the URL of your artist page and the URL of your album/track in the wrong artist page?
You can also ask them to change your name to HALE.
