Deezer For Creators

Hi, I’m having trouble with the Backstage form. My band’s single was recently uploaded by Distrokid (‘Party Tonight’ by Atomic Sister) and the Backstage form is suggesting the track does not exist, when it is definitely on Deezer. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. If you have the URL for the track on Deezer, please forward it to the Backstage team via backstage@deezer.com

If you don't have the link for the track, you may need to contact your distributors - they may need to redelivery the track to us.

Hi, I have requested access to the backstage area for my band, ANGRIFF, on January 29th but so far I did not get any reply and I still do not have access. Can you please clarify how long will it take until access is eventually granted?

Thanks for reaching out, sorry for the wait! We've been dealing with a high volume of requests and it's been hard to keep up.

May I ask you to please request access again? This should help speed up the process

I requested for a second time, 2 weeks after my first request, but I got an error message saying that I already requested 😅 At least the good thing is my original request has been acknowledged. 
By the way, I’m the admin of a facebook group of 95 Deezer neoclassical artists like me, and I would love to spread good news to the boys and girls 😉 Oh wait, maybe we are the reason for the request overload 🤭😉 As long there is hope, we don’t give up 👍 Thank you!

About the Facebook group, that's amazing. We should keep in touch on that. Do they use the community? Feel free to post more links to your work here in as well 

Hi @Rudi, most of the artists from our group have the same questions: how to setup their artist page, how to monitor their performance on Deezer, how to share their music and playlists with their fans, whether there is a way to submit new or upcoming releases to editors, etc... Also Deezer’s user centric model is a hot topic and we would like to know more about it. I’ve shared already some links to the community, where I found similar questions that have been already answered. But I will also encourage them to actively use the community!
