Critical bug with "Crossfade duration"

 Hello. I would like to share my experience with the "Crossfade duration" feature, which is available in the beta version of the application.  For about six months now, I have been bothered by the problem of playing offline tracks, when only a few tracks were played in a circle or the playback broke altogether (the second part of the video that I attached). I tried many different solutions, but nothing helped, but I didn't want to delete the app because I had dozens of gigabytes of music downloaded. So recently, I did install the stable version and saw that everything was working correctly. Then I downloaded the beta version, where the "Crossfade duration" feature is disabled by default and to my surprise, offline tracks played without crashes. Then, when I turned on this feature, the problem came back again and I realized what was going on.  So I ask the developers to fix this bug, because I like many users love this feature very much. I hope that this information will help someone 🤓

Problem on deezer beta Android

Hello, @Fra Deezer,  @Leonídia.Deezer and everyone. Here are some problems with the deezer beta application for Android. I'm using an s10+, android 12, version 7.1.5.61So when I first open deezer, everything seems to work fine, but when I decide to reopen the application, the "deezer" logo flashes. See for yourself in the video. this problem has been present for a long time Then there's the decade-long problem. When I travel in the application, when I change pages, there's a sort of flashing. However, I've already uninstalled the application and reinstalled it. Erase cache, data... All your recommendations but still this flashing problem. It's on all the pages and sections in the deezer app! But on the "Concert" section, and only this one, the animation for page changes is smoother. There's no flash. Does any of those issues will soon be fixed?

Hi there,I have been using Deezer for quite a long time now, however, some issues are still present or have only been partly fixed, such as:Deezer Connect: The first implementation is pretty good for a start, but what about a global synchronization feature? Why restrict it from mobile to web? Slow performance on Android, especially with a slow network, it will retrieve EVERYTHING online instead of using the downloaded content/cache first, which is really annoying (and inefficient) when you are trying to load a downloaded playlist but have slow internet connection (👋metros/trains). Outdated API: Do you want to have Deezer everywhere just like Spotify? Start by updating your API, if it’s good enough, some technical requests that are asked by some users (but not the majority) can be fulfilled by the users themselves, until an official implementation is made. And mostly, make Deezer Connect available with your API, as it’s really powerful.PS: The terms and conditions from your API website

Deezer often gets stuck on network changes.

Sometimes deezer android is completely unusuable for me. Even in offline mode my library is not loading and i cannot start downloaded playlists and albums from the startpage. Everything is loading forever.

Crossfade feature

Hi! The Deezer Labs crossfade feature has a problem: only 1 sound out of 2 in the queue is crossfaded. Sound 1 fades out to sound 2, but sound 2 ends without transition, then sound 3 starts, then fades out to sound 4, but sound 4 ends without transition, then sound 5 starts, etc... So, the fade works 1 time out of 2. The successive updates do not solve the problem. Thank you!

Chromecast issue

Hi,Using Chromecast has never been easy with Deezer, an issue I have now is that, sometimes, when playing my flow on my Chromecast Audio, the cast seems to crash, and when I restart the app it reconnects to the Chromecast but the song being played is the first one I heard on my flow.Second issue is that, when trying to get back to the song I was listening to (after the previous bug), I quickly click on the next button (skipping 1~2 songs) until the cast seems to crash (music stopped and the bottom "Being played" bar disappears but the "Listening" icon on upper right side is still animated like in the screenshot).When I do the same with my Android TV, the "Being played" screen freezes on this view (buttons do nothing):But I can still swipe down to hide it and do something else on Deezer.In both cases, when I press the play button on upper right side of the screen (next to the Cast icon) like in the first screenshot, the playlist is playing again from the beginning.I also had this issue

Deezer Android - Lock screen only shows "like" button sometimes?

So i was super excited yesterday because i noticed there was finally a “like” (heart) on my android lock screen.  This is probably the number one feature that i miss the most because it makes it super easy to curate my “liked” songs list- adding new ones and removing ones that got in by mistake without having to unlock my phone, open the app, etc. Today, the button is gone :(   I’m using version 70.22.19 on and Google pixel 5).  Am i crazy?  I know it was there yesterday.  Is there a way to get it back?  I’ve restarted both the app and phone and it still doesn’t show.  It also doesn’t seem to matter what playlist i am listening to.

Deezer connect not working properly

Hello there, A new BETA version of the Android application was made available !  Features:  ▷ [FLOW] You can now tell Flow that you want more discoveries in your mix!If you are not happy with your Flow, you can now click the 'angry face' in the big player and select "I want more discoveries" from the menu.
