Android Beta Release Notes 8.0.48

Here comes the new beta 8.0.48, we hope you will like the improvements made in this version. Do not hesitate to give your feedback!

Improvements:

▷ [PLAYER] We opened the crossfade option to all users (it was previously restricted to beta users) 
The feature is available from the “Audio“ section of the settings.

▷ [PLAYLIST] From now on, it will be possible for you to share playlists from Deezer to friends and relatives who use another music streaming app, and for them to listen to the playlist on their streaming app.
A tooltip will be displayed on the share button in playlist pages to draw attention to the feature and encourage users to share
Note: The feature is currently under gatekeep. It should become available next week.
 

Bug fixes:

▷ [CONVERSION] We fixed the offline flow to properly display an error message instead of a blank page when trying to subscribe from the “Downloaded music” page while offline

▷ [DOWNLOADS] We improved loading performance for downloaded music in low network conditions, significantly reducing wait times from minutes to instant access

▷ [RECOMMENDATIONS] We made sure the “Play with lyrics” action is available in the options menus of tracks in smart playlists (e.g. daily playlists)

▷ [SEARCH] We fixed a navigation issue where users were returned to the wrong search results page when tapping the back button after playing a Flow style from search results
