Hi, As a lot of podcast content providers need to manually request adding their service to Deezer for the podcast to be added, this means that a lot of good content is being missed. Request #1 It is possible for users to add custom podcasts (via RSS feed) to Deezer where the podcasts will only show up in their profile (not affecting anyone else). Request #2 Also, maybe a community podcast upload where the community adds the RSS feed which gets added to the podcast lists after being approved by Deezer? Thanks, James.
Am I doing something wrong? I can’t create a new playlist. I click “save” and nothing happens. Also if I click “edit playlist” on any playlist, the red delete sign will pop up behind each song but it doesn’t work. I can’t delete multiple songs from a playlist at once. I have to delete each one individually (and have the app ask me each time if I’m sure). Both of these issues are very annoying.
Hi! One of the main painpoints using deezer is that usually few other people around you use it and most of the time send you music via open.spotify.com links. I was wondering if you'd be able to add an Android intent to associate Spotify links with the Deezer app and try to find the shared track in the Deezer library. for the last 2 - 3 weeks i keep getting logged out of my account. i've reset passwords, tried logging in on other devices, changed/created whole new accounts and it has all been to no avail. i don't know if it has to do with a bug in the latest beta release, but everyday i face this issue where i get logged out and i can't log back in, i just get hit with the prompt you see above despite the fact I KNOW there's nothing wrong with my password. I tried contacting support on various occasions and all they do is tell me they'll pass the info to their technical team or i should change my password, but neither amounts to anything. sometimes i can't log in for a few hours and sometimes it spans for days. Now for example i've been kicked out since 7PM last night, it's now 10:43AM and still nothing. As soon as i gain access again i'll be cancelling my subscription. $11.99 wasted.

Using Deezer on Android. When Chromecasting I cannot select 'play next' or 'add to queue' for songs. The options are greyed out. They work fine if I stop casting. I've seen similar posts going back months on here and can't believe this basic functionality hasn't been sorted out.

Hi, can anyone help… I’ve had Deezer for over 10 years and for some reason last week it seemed to kick me off my old family membership and asked me to re sign up with whatever options they now have. myself and mum only use this account so I re subscribed to the ‘duo’ account which pulled my account back through but it’s seemed to have detached my mums account and now we can’t access it and get it realigned back to my account. I’ve submitted a ticket but keep getting AI responses and the support system seems to take a lifetime. anyone have any ideas? Thanks
Hey deezer, I know change is inevatable with apps but could I beleive putting the three dots option button in the top right is possably the worst place for it as its a button i use regularly. Its not in an easy to use spot especially when im using my phone with one hand, I dont have a large phone too. Just somthing to consider. Cheers
I've just being happily using Deezer for the last 10 years. Now they move the most important button, for what looks like no god damn reason. It's only a daily minor inconvenience, yeah well now I kinda hate Deezer. I don't want to stand in the way of progress, but this, this is stupidity You know I've never even met another person who uses Deezer. I'm here out of habit, and Deezer just said fuck my habits.

Hello everyone! Well, as the title indicates, when adding a Deezer Widget on iOS, the small squares that appear are: Flow, Songcatcher, and Favorite Playlists, but the option "What are you listening to now?" or "Last listened to" doesn't appear (as other services do). I think it would be a good option if we had that choice. What do you think?

Hi, Recently every time I click shuffle on a playlist or favourite tracks, the song will start playing, but after about 45 seconds Deezer completely crashes and the music stops playing. I then have to go back in to Deezer as if I had completely closed the app, and find my music again. It also loses any previous songs that i have played, meaning any lineup that I had is completely lost. It is very annoying, as I then can’t listen to music for more than a minute, and then I have to restart my music, just to do it again in a minute. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app, signing out and back in, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea of what to do, it will be gladly appreciated!
