I had 3 persons in my familly account, my dad’s, my mom’s and mine. Everything was working fine until I had one billing problem and at the same there was the new Deezer update. My mom’s account got deleted with all the playlists that she used for her work sessions. Please help me.

That doesn’t sound good. 

The users here are (most of them) also Deezer users and aren’t able to view your account.

I think it is better to contact the Help Center by sending in a request.

Could you kindly request your mom to log into her account using her email and password?
